"wait, so are you two a thing," taeyong jumped up at mark's words, looking at him happily. mark chuckled, shaking his head.

"i want to be, but i still think we should take it slow and learn more about each other," mark said what he finally wanted to say. taeyong nodded in agreement, patting mark's thigh.

mark couldn't believe that him and donghyuck like each other, and are so close to being together. mark still thinks it's in both of their best interests that they take it slow.

"never would've thought you would like him," taeyong admitted, laughing quietly. mark agreed, he never thought he would fall for someone.

"he's just so sweet, caring, loving, and i just adore him," mark said with a bright blush, hiding from taeyong.

taeyong smiled for his best friend, he was happy he found someone. mark's always been the third wheel, even with sicheng and kun being there. mark deserves this.

"go and get him, tiger. even if it takes you three million years," taeyong winked at his friend, earning a slap from the younger male.

"i like you a lot, but before we get too serious, we should get to know each other," mark informed donghyuck, who nodded his agreement.

"yes, i agree with that. and i like you a lot as well," donghyuck smiled, patting mark's knee gently. mark blushed, looking away from the young male. it was crazy the affect donghyuck had on mark, almost insane.

"you get all shy when i tell you cute things, don't you," donghyuck teased, causing mark to become even more embarrassed. he hated when donghyuck made him blush, he hated how he looked.

"it's precious," donghyuck whispered, leaning up and giving mark a kiss to his forehead before heading off into the kitchen. mark blushed, laying on the couch and covering his face with a pillow. he tucked himself in ball, he couldn't get over how cute donghyuck was.

"so much for not getting serious," mark thought to himself, feeling the couch dip in by his feet. he hesitantly removed the pillow, only to be faced by an angelic looking donghyuck. he was just drinking a smoothie, but he looked so...pretty.

"want to try this smoothie," donghyuck asked, holding out his drink. mark nodded, grabbing hold of the glass and taking a sip of it. the flavour hit him instantly, and he smiled. he handed it back at donghyuck, who nodded.

"it's great," mark said quietly, afraid that he'll say something stupid. donghyuck watched the male adoringly, although he knew they weren't going to be anything anytime soon. donghyuck enjoyed being around his hyung, and boy was he glad to be able to call him hyung.

"you're great," donghyuck said in a sappy voice, causing mark to hide his face again. donghyuck smiled, patting mark on the head gently. mark groaned, he liked the attention but at the same time he didn't.

"why do you have such an affect on me," mark whimpered, resting his head on donghyuck's lap. donghyuck shrugged, continuing to pet mark's head. the older male started to close his eyes, and after a few minutes, he ended up falling asleep.

"i love you, mark-hyung," was the last thing he heard.
