cuddle buddy [markhyuck]

mark and donghyuck were currently walking around downtown with the rest of their friends, each of them in their own world. donghyuck wanted to go on a little date, and mark couldn't say no to the younger.

their date was mainly them just walking around the town, holding hands, and talking about whatever was on their minds. the other young couples were off doing whatever they had planned. but they all agreed to meet at the little ice cream shop near the evening.

"it's so nice out," donghyuck smiled, looking at the building that were soaked in late afternoon sunlight. the sun shined beautifully onto donghyuck as well, but that was mark's opinion. his features stood out so nicely against the pinkish glare of the sun, and mark couldn't take his eyes off him.

"ya know, the sun makes you look really lovely," mark flat out stated, loving as donghyuck's cheeks grew pink, although it was hard to tell by the sun. donghyuck's grip on mark's hand tightened, his way of saying thank you.

"but you look really amazing as well," donghyuck smirked, and then it was mark's turn to blush. donghyuck pulled them next to the little fountain, and he sat down on the edge, mark sitting next to him. almost instanly, mark's hand went to rest on donghyuck's knee; it's become a habit.

after spending a little while there (and donghyuck freaking out over baby ducks), they left to go to the ice cream shop. johnny and ten were already there, and donghyuck spotted sicheng and kun a few stores down.

"well, now we just need taeyong and jaehyunnie to get here," sicheng said, head resting on kun's shoulder. they only had to wait for five or so minutes until the last couple walked in through the door.

"i'll buy everyone ice cream," mark stated, but johnny sent him a glare that shut him up. mark shyly sat back down, and donghyuck gave him a little kiss to the top of his, then proceded to pet his hair. mark had a slight pout on his face, but he was happy overall.

"i'll go get yours, babe," donghyuck whispered, walking up to johnny and took both his and mark's ice cream. he passed mark his ice cream, then sat down across from mark. everyone thanked johnny, then they contiued talking about whatever they were talking about.

"markie, i love you," donghyuck chuckled, eating a small amount of the ice cream. mark just smiled, quickly leaning forward to give donghyuck a kiss on the nose. the younger of the two just smiled, before he continued to eat.

"you're alway so nice to me," donghyuck sighed, a blush obvious on his face. mark stopped what he was doing to focus his attention to the adorable boy in front of him.

"i seriously have no clue what i did to deserve you. we've talked about this a lot, but i feel like i don't tell you that i love you enough. but i guess you know i do," donghyuck ended his sentence with a chuckle, taking a spoonful of the desert.

"you don't need to say i love you for me to know you love me, okay? i don't expect you to say those words. your actions keep me assured that i won't be losing you any time soon," mark said, hand resting on donghyuck's thigh.

"you'll never lose me," donghyuck said, holding eye contact with his boyfriend.
