After venturing through the sick forsaken Troll-hoard and grabbing a few needed items, we all began to pack once again. Thorin was acting more colder toward me than usual but I took it as a sign of his embarrassment, from being captured by trolls. Gandalf had given Bilbo a sword just right for his size and I made a mental note to give him some training later. Oin was kind enough to bandage my now bruised ankle and gave me some ointment for the pain. I guess William had a stronger grip than I thought, especially when he turned to stone.

"There ya go, lass." Oin says proudly and gets up after cutting the extra piece of cloth, "good as new." I give him a smile and carefully slide off the rock I was sitting on. "I think it be best if you took things easy until you've healed."

"That'll be faster than you think." Luckily for me, these kind of wounds healed within a day or so since there was no blade involved. Being half elvish and skin-changer had its perks. Oin takes his leave and joins his brother, Gloin who is discussing something with Balin. The younger brother greets him upon his return and I frown. It must feel good to have a strong connection like that. I wonder if I'll ever get to experience the same.

"Something's coming!" Thorin shouts from ahead of the company and bolts to where the distant leaves begin to rustle.

Everyone gets up to grab their weapons and follow behind Thorin down a small hill. I reach over the boulder to retrieve my things and draw my blade out. Bilbo runs up next to me with a nervous look and brings out his as well but with great hesitation. The company isn't that far away and we approach them from behind. Kili notices us and backs up to stand next to me with both of his swords ready. He gives me a nod as if to show his trust, which begins to confuse me and stares ahead as the sounds draws closer. I ignore the forming questions in my mind and focus on the threat. Their scent is a mixture of all types of things but it's so familiar. Where have I smelt that before?

"Thieves! Fire! Murder!" A voice cries out, emerging from the trees with over a dozen rabbits pulling him on a sled.

I gasp at the sight and immediately duck behind Bilbo, who peers at me with concern. I glare up at him and put a figure to my lips, knowing that this isn't exactly a good hiding spot. Compared to my dwarf size, Bilbo is still shorter than me, which doesn't help the situation. He turns back around once I gesture for him to be quiet and he shifts uncomfortably. It's either he's thinking what I'm thinking, or he's scared of what I'll do to him if he doesn't cooperate.

"Radagast. Radagast the Brown." Gandalf states to show that there's no danger and puts his sword away in order to approach him, "Well, what on earth are you doing here?" That's what I'd like to know!

Everyone waits anxiously as Radagast tries to figure out the answer to Gandalf's question. He cries in frustration but after finding a stick insect resting on his tongue, he finally takes Gandalf away from the rest of us. I remain crouching behind Bilbo, still trying to stay hidden from the animal loving wizards eyes. Fili with his arms crossed, stares down at me with an arched brow.

"What exactly are ya doing down there, lass?" There's amusement in his tone and Oin begins eyes me as well. All this attention is gonna get me spotted for sure.

"She's hiding apparently." Bilbo whispers and remains in his spot like the loyal hobbit he is.

"Hiding?" Fili bends over slightly as if I had an important secret to tell. I shake my head and slowly rise from behind Bilbo, feeling satisfaction in stretching my sore legs.

"By the way Gandalf," Radagast's voice comes closer as they return from their private conversation, "Have you seen Enmira recently? She's usually always with you."

I fall back down with wide eyes and peek over Bilbo's shoulder. Gandalf fights himself for an answer but simply hums and puffs on his pipe. Well that's helpful. Radagast begins to move back to his sled and grips the bar tightly. Please tell me your leaving now I silently beg. Don't get me wrong, I love Radagast and I'm happy to see him but he'll most likely tell everyone my secret. He always manages to let that slip out of his mouth but so far he hasn't mentioned it. Gandalf searches around the area in order to find me. It's funny how he already knows I don't want attention from Radagast. A small smirk forms on his face once he sees me and I shake my head, so that he won't speak of my position. The grey wizard listens for once and keeps his mouth shut.
