Zeke's POV

I didn't want to open my eyes when my mom knocked on the door.

I had stayed out late with Delilah, we had finally gotten the hang of this whole sex thing and honestly I don't know how I ever lived life without having sex with that girl.

But now, this sinner had to get up for church.

I dragged myself out of bed and went about my morning routine. After I got out of the shower I wrapped a towel around my waist and then picked up my cell.

'Good Morning Beautiful, i'll drop by after mass.'

I didn't get a text back which meant she was skipping church today.

I got dressed in gray slacks, a white top and gray checked tie. I combed my hair and then went to meet my parents downstairs.

There wasn't time for talking, plus my parents probably knew fully well where I was after the dance ended last night.

When we got there my parents talked to the reverend before taking our usual seats. Per the norm, people of my fathers pack came up to us and wished us a "blessed Sunday."

I was actually shocked to see that amongst those people were Tripp and Maddie.

I was use to seeing Tripp at church but this was the first time seeing Maddie here. The couple looked good together, and my parents greeted them warmly.

"Maddie sweetheart what a wonderful surprise." My mom commented as she hugged her.

"Well you know what they say, the couple that prays together." Maddie replied innocently.

I shook my head as I knew how very not innocent she is, all I could look at was the silk scarf tied around her neck, trying to conceal the mark she openly showed off last night. I smiled, I knew fully well that she wasn't ashamed of it because if she was she would have tried to hide it last night, but this is church, this is a whole nother ballgame.

They took their seats and soon the reverend began.

After service my mother invited Maddie and Tripp back to our house for church brunch, which they accepted.

My parents and I arrived at the house and I had text Delilah to come over instead of me going over to her place.

Not shortly after Tripp and Maddie arrived, they bore gifts of flowers and breakfast sweets to which I was honestly grateful, my mother has been trying this gluten free diet and it's horrible. She would serve their offerings so as not to seem rude.

My parents disappeared in the house so the three of us went out back with Bronx.

. . . . .

Maddie's POV

As Zeke spoke to us I just couldn't leave the scarf alone. "I'm going to just take it off."

"You're going to give my father a heart attack." Zeke said.

"Hey did your parents flip when they saw your mark?" I asked as I untied the scarf. Tripp bent down a little and kissed my forehead reassuringly.

He had looked so handsome this morning as he donned a pair of black pinstripe slacks, maroon top, and a silk black on black damask tie. I myself also so wore a fall outfit that consisted of a form fitting caramel brown dress with black piping that came to my mid-shin area. I paired it with a simple black Louboutin pump and a silk scarf to keep my mark 'under wraps' so to speak.
