We finally arrived at the building where I'm hosting my birthday party. A little late though. I watched mum and dad get out of the car and dad opened the door for me and Lyra and I have to say my dress sparkled like the moon. As I walked in I realised that some of the guests were family, some were friends and some were complete strangers to me.

"WOW! Alyssa you look like the most beautiful girl on the planet!" Alison exclaimed. "Aww thanks Alison you look great too!" I replied. "No where near as great as you! But here I got you a birthday present." I took the present from her hands and placed it on a table where the rest of my presents would go. "Thank you Alison that's real kind of you." I thanked. "Oh it was nothing." Alison spoke before walking away to go and stuff her face with the banana muffins.

"Ladies and Gentlemen! Boys and Girls! Thank you so much for attending Alyssa's birthday party it means a lot I hope you all are having fun and enjoying the party if you need anything please come and look for me my name is Bethany Cate thank you!" I giggled. "Wow my mum is being really formal today!" Lyra joined in on my giggling.

"Ooh! Excuse me for a second I'll be back Alyssa." I watched Lyra run off to some guy. I observed the room and took in my surroundings. That's when I noticed who walked in. My mouth dried as I stared at the beauty a few metres away from me. A tall handsome guy. He looked like a year older than me. His bulky body, his perfectly white pearly teeth, his dark blue suit...I wonder what it would be like to-.

"Look who's drooling." Anna walked up behind me and spoke. "Me? What no! I was just looking at everyone to let them know their welcome!" I panicked. "Suuureeeeeee!" Anna teased. "Oh my goodness I need some air!" I ran out of the room to the nearest exit bumping into the handsome mystery guy. "Woah! Slow down! You're the birthday girl right? Alyssa?" I melted by the way he had his arms locked around me. His voice was a deep voice that sounded so right.

"U-uh y-yy-yea ac-actually." I stuttered. Oh great first sentence stuttering. The mystery man laughed. "Well happy birthday to you Alyssa! You may not know me but my name is Jackson." It was hard to focus on what he was saying because his eyes were so beautiful his bright blue eyes like the ocean. "H-Hi J-J-J-Jackson." I stuttered once again. Jackson held me straight as if he was pulling me close. My faced turned tomato red. "Well Miss Birthday Girl where are you off to in such a hurry?" Oh god let me go before I say something I don't mean to. "Just getting some air you?" Jackson smirked. "Well why don't I show you a spot that is perfect for these types of moments. I know having this many people can be overwhelming." I nodded. Jackson led me out the door with one arm behind my back. I couldn't help but wonder what have I gotten myself into..?

We walked for quite a while and my feet were starting to ache as I was wearing heels. "Don't worry keep it up we're nearly here." Jackson reassured me. "My feet are killing me Jackson can't I just sit down for one moment?" I asked. "Jackson turned round and agreed. "You have two minutes." Jackson came and sat next to me and I leaned into him. What am I doing? This guy is just a stranger and I'm out alone with him. I thought about all the dangers that could happen with walking alone with a stranger. Jackson broke the silence by saying. "Okay times up." I looked up at him and complained. "My feet still hurt." He looked down at me and replied. "You'll live."

We walked on and on and finally we reached our destination. It was a beautiful garden surrounded by trees that bloomed with flowers, bushes with red and white roses and nicely cut grass, a water fountain which made a soothing noise as well as a bench painted in red. "Jackson...this is amazing! How did you even find this place?" I was in awe this place looked like a piece of paradise. "You like it?" He asked. "Like doesn't even describe it I love it!"

Jackson covered my eyes as he walked me to another place. "W-what are you doing?" I questioned. "It's a surprise just keep on walking." I carried on walking and then we stopped. He took his hands off my eyes and I opened my eyes to see a different garden outlined with a lake, to see a blackberry bush on both sides of the garden and right in the centre of the garden was a swing but not any old swing it was one of those swings that you can fit only two people in and you swing back and fourth back and fourth laying your head back to take in the view.

"Jackson..." Jackson put a finger on my lips and spoke. "Shh." He led me to the swing he got on the swing and pulled me on the swing too I was half lying on his leg but I didn't care as he pressed a button and the swing magically swung itself. I was amazed how it was swinging itself but I laid my head back and my bun was coming out my long honey blonde hair rolled out just perfectly down the swing.

As we swung I felt Jackson grip me and I started laughing. "Over protective much?" Me and Jackson laughed it was a good combination. I looked at Jackson as the wind rushed through my hair I could see his gorgeous face, his ocean blue eyes staring into my brown ones, his pearly white teeth smiling at me and I couldn't help but smile back. I felt my face burn. No? Am I really falling for this guy?
