A Memorable Story

Mum dropped me off home and told me to quickly get ready she's laid a dress on my bed for me and she wants me to wear it. When I looked down on my bed I saw a beautiful short blue dress that is silky and stops just ahead of my knees it has a plastic heart stuck on in the middle of the dress and to go with that dress I decided I'd plait my hair in a fishtail and curl the few strands that are left out. I saw a pair of blue shoes too that are OMG so comfortable! I done my make up deciding to wear mascara and lipgloss as well as blusher. I then put on sapphire earrings. Next to the dress was a blue purse too I stuck my phone, money, make-up and house keys in there before coming downstairs and walking outside into the car.

"Oh dad! I didn't even notice you were in the car." Dad laughed under his breath but I could barely hear it. Alyssa you look so good I knew you'd look good! Mum spoke. I giggled. When Jackson laid eyes on me he couldn't tear them away. "Oh Alyssa how beautiful you look!" Jackson leaned into me and kissed me smudging my lipgloss. "Mm strawberry." Mum stopped the car and spoke. "No making out in front of us we don't want to see any lip contact today am I clear?" I wiped my lipgloss off my chin and replied. "Clear." Jackson however continued to be himself. "Aww but why can't I kiss my beauty I can't even give her a peck?" Mum looked like she was enjoying this and said. "Nope." Jackson pouted and responded. "What about a kiss on the cheek?" Mum laughed. "Okay fine I'll allow that." Jackson grinned hugely and celebrated before saying. "Yay!" Jackson then leaned in and gave me a thousand kisses on the cheek his kisses were so powerful he was pushing me into the door. I was giggling so much and blushing too that I couldn't help myself. I turned to the side and kissed his soft lips he kissed back so soft and sweetly.

"Alyssa! What did I just say?" I broke the kiss before replying. "Oops sorry!" I fixed my hair and make up just in time before we arrived. Dad was giving me strange looks in the eyes through the mirror. "Alyssa I'd like a moment with you alone." Dad spoke. I guess I'm about to find out why. Dad grabbed my arm and led me into the corner of the room signalling for mum and Jackson to find a table. He let go of me before telling me how he really felt.

"Alyssa you look wonderful as always and I'm proud to see what a lovely woman you're growing into but I'm also afraid of what you're growing into. You're an only child which means we only have you and it's scary to see you moving on to boys and kissing other boys. I'm just worried that you will end up damaging yourself so bad that you won't find the time to heal, I'm just worried that whoever you choose will end up breaking you into bits, I'm just worried that you'll move on so fast that it'll just be me and mum watching you pledge yourself to another guy and forgetting all about us. We love you and care about you more than you know. When you have a kid you'll understand how important they are to you, you will do everything in your power to keep them safe, happy, loved and cherished but there's always one thing you can't give them at a time. I could give you love, happiness and make sure your cherished but you might not feel safe as you could be with a guy who is stopping you from being yourself. I love you Alyssa Lucy Cate. Do you want to know where Lucy really comes from? Well I do like the name Lucy like I said but I had a sister named Lucy. She was so loving and caring she was the most kind hearted girl I ever knew. And people took advantage of that Lucy struggled to say no to things and this one guy named Jacob took her out on a date and he forced himself on her he kissed her and forced her to kiss him back but aggressively. Of course Lucy didn't want to but Jacob was capable of many things I was only 12 at this time and she was 16 just like you. He forced her to open her mouth so he could have an entrance she let him kiss her because she was worried about hurting his feelings when really he was a player but then after the kiss he wanted to take her home but she refused so he beat her, he beat her up so badly that she was bruised and hurt and left bleeding he'd stabbed her in the stomach....by the time we found her in the woods she was ice cold we took her to the hospital but it was too late. She was gone. We were broken. And the reason your middle name is Lucy is a reminder of my sister named Lucy she would adore you I'm sure of it." Dad cut off and hugged me tightly.

"Dad I am so sorry. And I promise I'll be careful about boys but dad how come we never found out about her none of us ever knew a Lucy?" Dad let go of me and brought a finger to his lips. Then he spoke. "Mine and your secret so don't tell anyone even mum but darling if anyone asks about this conversation say I was asking you about school." I nodded and me and dad walked around trying to find where mum and Jackson had sat down. Once we finally found them we sat down and joined them. "Took you long enough what were you doing?" Mum asked. "Oh I asked her about school and gave her advice but she asked to go to the bathroom too to sort herself out." Dad replied. "Oh okay. You okay sweetie?" I nodded then spoke. "Yup just peachy." Jackson took my hand and whispered in my ear. "You look so gorgeous! Straight after this date will you come with me I have somewhere to show you?" I smiled and kissed his cheek. "Of course I will."

Awww so we finally found out why dad has been acting so strange right from the beginning. I feel so bad for him imagine what he had to watch his sister go through and it's almost like watching it again except this time it's his daughter. :( but hey if you liked this please vote and comment as I would love to hear what you guys think about my story other than that I hope you're having a good day as am I. :)

Don't stop showing love to the people you see because you never know what day they can be taken from you. Some people might think that their loved ones don't love them back well always remember deep down they do they might not show it at a time but it doesn't mean they don't love you. There are many types of love, love can even be flashing a smile to a friend when you see them or love can be cleaning the house for your family it doesn't just have to be a couple love try and show this to everyone let them know their loved and I'm letting you know that...You will always be loved. ❤️
