After about a six hour flight where I slept for about four hours, made small talk with my guard Sir Ryan (I am still getting used to the Sir thing), and listened to music for the rest of the time, we were finally landing. The pilots voice crackled over the intercom telling us to stay in our seats. The majority of the girls including myself were super excited, but Andrea seemed almost bored...? I haven't been on a plane in years! When I was little and Abigail wasn't here yet, Dad, Mom, Owen and I went to Disneyland in Florida County.
flashback:
I dart out of the airport bubbling with excitement. The yellow taxi pulls up in front of us as a jump in...We pull up to the beautiful silver gates standing between me and my favorite place. Owen and I sport matching mouse ears, mines of course being Minnie Mouse ones, his Mickey Mouse. We have lunch with the Princesses, go on roller coaster rides, and do a little shopping. Then when we are done we go back to the monorail which would take us back to the hotel...
end of flashback
That was one of the last good days we had with our Mom, of course we had other good days, but they were on a smaller scale.
Anyways, I stand up and grab my pink suitcase, knowing these next shots will be all over magazines and definitely on the Update. I smooth over my hair which puffed up a little. I cannot believe within the hour I would be at the palace and have meet Prince William!!! Despite the majority of girls letting their guards take their bags, I continue to keep mine. Not only does my bubblegum pink suitcase match my lipstick but it looks good with my outfit. Plus I can handle my own bags, I haven't gone all princess yet.
After an overwhelming crowd and a exciting ride in a limo, we are at the palace.
"Ohmigosh" I sigh, amazed at the view.
Picture this:
A big building, the size of four large high schools smushed together, rapped in stone patterns with small tower peaks. Every girl is breathless, and silent as each of the fifty girls arrives. Little did we know this would be the last time we are all together in peace. The front gardens is perfectly groomed, and all flowers are in full bloom. The trees around it are full and green. It is stunning.
