It's my wedding day.
Dads not here.
My poor excuse for my mother isn't here.
Thomas is here.
Perfect.
I parted ways with Will last night, after dinner. I never really thought about that part until now. Two other maids are doing my hair and nails, while Kelsey and Lauren and Stacey get ready for the wedding. I have learned that their names are Quinn and Emily, and they were best friends growing up. Now there young kids play together and all of that stuff. They were happy with their simple lives. I admired that.
Abigail is who knows where, groomsmen are with Will, his parents are greeting international guests and family. His dad still seems a bit distant, but I am okay with that. My bridesmaids are over in the corner, gushing over the dresses and talking about life post selection. Blaze and Peyton pick up where they left off, chatting non stop. I have seven bridesmaids total: Abigail, Blaze, Peyton, Andrea, Holiday, Daphne, Samantha, Lauren, and Kelsey. They all look stunning, with matching updos, with these sparking gem pins, creamy white nails, and the petal pink dresses. They all have a bouquet of white flowers, wrapped in tan, corse, wrap and white bows.
The set up is amazing, we are in the palaces chapel, and it is stunning. The pews are decorated with ribbon and flowers. We even printed out little cards with the order of events: coronation, then the wedding ceremony, then dinner, then party.
I stand up, and turn around in front of my closest friends. They gush at me, and I blush. I am not used to all the attention.
"Ready?" Peyton asks me.
"Ready."

"Wow." Thomas looks at me from head to toe. "You look gorgeous.""Thanks." I say leaning in to give him a friendly kiss on the check. "I am going to miss you, a lot."
"I know." I laugh, classic Thomas.
"I'll visit."
"Good, Mom misses you."
"To visit you too." I say laughing. "See you at the ceremony."
"Next time I get to talk to you, you will be married and a princess."

I step into the church, Owen by my side. My bridesmaids are in line, Abigail beaming. Stacey did a good job, petals are strewn everywhere.Everyone stands up and turns to me. I walk gracefully, no one can wipe my smile off of my face. Will looks adorable in his tux, smiling nonstop too. Thomas looks great, all his groomsmen do.
The guests are hushed. They look amazing too. I can feel Penny's proudness, gushing though. She is in the front row, next to all the other most important guests. The Selected take up the second-fifth rows. Then everyone else.
My last few steps are shaky, I turn and kiss Owen on the cheek. I lift the front of my dress and make my way up the few steps. Will is there, looking good as always. Nervously smiling, but a good nervous I hope.
The King is there, and he has a book, of all the royals names, and a crown. The crowd sits.
"Miss Saige, do you do solemnly swear to guide this kingdom with kindness, stand beside it, and defend it at all costs?"
"I do solemnly swear."
"Miss Saige, do you solemnly swear to always look for new opportunities for this kingdom, wanting it to strive and thrive?"
