An: Wow i was wrong! The original rough draft of this story isnt at 112 thousand. Nope its at 123 Thousand!!! Guys.. I cant even begin to describe how thankful i am for all of you. I started writing one night when i couldnt sleep and i read a book that i didnt particularly like. So i decided to write one that i thought i would enjoy, with the confrontations and ending the way i saw it happening. (Faded Lines.) Now, i was so excited about this that i wrote the whole book in a week! My insomnia definitely helped that out. I know my stories on here are very rough. Thats because thats exactly what they are. Rough drafts! Thats why i am hoping so so much that yall enjoy this one! Because it's no longer the rough draft. No, it is not the finished copy, but it is so much more than i ever wished it could be. I never could of gotten this far without my family AND yalls support. Something that started off as me seeing if i could even do it. Turned into something ive highly begun to enjoy and has even started to become a dream! A Dream! Thats something i really havent had in so so long! I am a stay at home mom of 3 kids under 6! They are my world and i always thought that that was all i would ever be. A mom. But now, with my family and with yall... I feel as if i have became more. I have become a writer. I cant thank yall more for that!!!

Okay, enough about me getting all emotional! Here is your Monday update!!! Please tell me what you think about it! The truth!!! If you dont like it, tell me why and if you do please tell me why as well! I love yalls comments. They make me smile and laugh even on the darkest of days!!! Like. Comment. And share! Sometimes i dont see yalls comments. And im sorry about that. But when i do, i TRY to always comment back!!! Thank you all again!

She couldn't move. She was paralyzed with fear. Heights. Flying. Terrified. Austin had already tried to pry her off, but she just couldn't let go. She held on tighter when she felt his hands touch her neck. A hiss sounded in her ear before she felt the change, the transition. Her fingernails dug in tighter as she felt Austin grow and his muscles bulge. Her angel had taken control. The hands that had barely tightened around her neck dropped to rub her back soothingly. His hands were large and rough as he stroked her.

It was weird how different the two types of being of there was of Austin. But yet, they were the same. His hands didn't stop running circles as she realized his wings had also wrapped themselves around her. She could feel the softness of them on her shoulders and parts of her arms. It was then she realized that he was trying to calm her.

She felt herself start to relax as they entered the house, but didn't have to power to let go of him yet. He walked a little further when she heard the sound of another door opening. Her head laid in the crook of his neck with her chest plastered to his, and her legs firmly wrapped around his waist. She knew it was a compromising position, but at that moment, she couldn't bring herself to care. Austin had scared her to death by making her fly, by pushing her through her one true fear.

She felt him kneel and heard the squeak of a bed. He was gentle as he set them both down. She had finally relaxed enough then when he wrapped a hand around her right leg, she complied by letting him move it from around him. He then grabbed her right arm and brought it between their bodies, and laid them both down. He didn't make her fully let go, had only made sure that she was comfortable. He kept his arms and wings securely around her. She was cocooned in the dark safe arms. She still felt light trembles racking her body and a few tears slipped past her eye lids. She was happy she was hidden, not wanting to seem any more weak to him than she already did. Austin hated her enough as it was and didn't want him to resort to killing her.

A light growl escaped the lips of her angel, replacing the trembling with a shiver. Maybe, she was hurting him.

"You're uncomfortable." She stated. "You can move, if you want. I dont want to cause your arms or wings any pain." She shut her mouth as he answered her by wrapping himself more firmly around her.

It took a little while longer before she finally calmed down enough to breathe normal again. She raised up, and caught the beasts eyes staring at her intently. His face was emotionless. He wasn't glaring, but he definitely wasn't wearing a smile. He watched her every move as she fully sat up, making him loosen his arms and wings. The mismatched shades of his black eyes, gave her comfort. They reminded her of night. The darkness that clung to every surface, and the stars that showed even on the darkest nights, light shines through. Sending him a small smile, she pointed to his position.

"That can't be comfortable for your wings." A light growl was her only answer before he sat up and retracted them. She studied his form as he stared right back at her. She didn't feel uneasy about being in the same bed as him. That detail made her question her sanity though. If it would've been Austins regular self then that would have been different story. Austin had done nothing to make her feel safe and secure. She saw the look of amusement when he noticed how scared shed been. He had been enjoying himself. Yes, he had saved her, but looking at her angel, she wondered who had actually saved her. Had it been him or his beast?

A growl ripped her from her concentration. She refocused on the creature in front of her. "What?" She asked, for some reason expecting an answer.

She huffed to herself as his eyes just bore into her. Laying back down, she watched as he did the same. They laid facing each other, the quiet stretching on for miles. Making a quick decision she scooted closer, cuddling herself to his chest. She would take the comfort while it was there for the taking because she knew in the morning she'd have to deal with the brooding man who only seemed to know how to be rude.

He froze and hissed as she gently laid her head on his chest. His heart beating rapidly.

"Do you want me to move?" She asked bashfully. She hoped hed say no, say anything, he was warm and she was so comfortable and finally relaxed. She was too tired, both physically and emotional to question the fact that she wanted to be beside him. She almost laughed, knowing she was probably in shock. No sane person would be acting as she was. She had been kidnapped!!! Kidnapped. She'd never heard of a person saving someone only to kidnap them and keep said person for themselves. Maybe she was dreaming after all?

He growled once more before he rolled to his back, wrapping his arms fully around her. She smiled to herself as she was pulled closer to his side and laid her head on the center of his chest.

"Good night." She whispered, her eyes growing heavy, knowing she wouldn't receive a reply.

She drifted off quickly, her dreams pulling her in. Her imagination went wild as she saw the angel give her a bright smile. His black eyes crinkled and a dimple shown by his fangs. He was beautiful. Breathtaking. And she sighed heavenly as she heard the dark, husky, silk voice say, "Sweet dreams, Natalie," as he lightly rubbed her cheek, laying a soft kiss to her forehead. She didn't want to wake up from this dream, she decided.

An: I promise no emotional banter this time!!! So, yay or nay?!

Who do you like better so far? Man.. Or.. Beast? I know who i like better!! 😉

Any new readers? Ones that havent read the original book?

If there are new readers, do you think Natalie is going crazy? In shock? Is this just her personality or something totally different pulling her to be the way she is?
