Chapter 17.

She couldn't believe he had went without her. She missed her mom and wanted to see her even if she had to do it when she was asleep. He had walked into her room after she woke, told her, 'It's done.' Then stomped out. How dare he! She felt her rage start to boil.

"Austin!" She yelled while pacing around her room. Her whole body still hurt but she was mad, dang it! A knock sounded at the door. "Just come in, dang it! I dont understand why you knock when I clearly called you in here!"

He walked in and smirked as he saw her expression. "Well, someone's angry." He commented.

She gritted her teeth. "You're damn right, Im angry! How could you?" She stomped her foot.

"Now, she curses. You must be fucking livid."

She growled and he had the audacity to send her a small smile. "Urgh. Why did you do Austin? Didn't you ever think that I needed to do it myself. That it would make me feel better?" He wasn't looking at her again. He never wanted to look at her, it hurt her feelings. Did she look that bad? Was she that unattractive? He was the one who kissed her! "Look at me!" She yelled and was satisfied when his eyes reached her. "Why?" She asked again.

He scowled and took a step forward. His eyes glared and she could see the fire in the mismatched colors. "I did it for you!" He ground out.

"What?" She asked before he had a chance to finish.

"I said, I fucking did it for you! You hate flying. Terrified of it, but you were willing to do it for your mother. Look at yourself, Natalie. You can barely fucking stand." She took a step back as he advanced on her; he was the predator and she was the prey. He looked like he wanted to eat her. She took another step back, unable to process his words when he looked at her that way. "You would have been in an immense amount of pain, if I would've taken you, and scared out of your mind. Why can't you see that I did it for you?" He paused in front of her and she was finally able to understand what he was saying.

"You did it for me?" She asked as she raised her eyes to lock on his. He was barely a breath away from her and she felt her breath pick up. He was so close, too close.

"You don't get it, do you?" He whispered as his face leaned down closer to hers. His eyes hadn't left hers since she told him to look at her. The intensity of them had her breathing picking up. She swallowed. "Get what?" She dared to ask.

"I'm fucking in love with you!" He growled before his lips devoured hers. She couldn't stop the moan that escaped and felt herself lean into him. Her ribs screamed in pain as he wrapped his arms around her and drug him to her, but she didn't pay any attention to it. He was kissing her again! She had dreamed of it happening again and it finally came true! She moaned again.

She screamed and he growled as the room began to shake. He held tight to her as she looked back and forth. An earthquake? She didn't know, she had never been in one before. His growling turned to a hiss as a bright light shot across the room momentarily blinding them. "What the hell?" He yelled as he cupped her head into his chest to shield her eyes, she felt him lay his head on top of hers. She started to shake, scared of what was happening. "Shhh." Austin whispered in her ear, trying to comfort her. Her shake turned into a tremble as the room began to shake harder and she screamed as her and Austin were knocked off balance. He made sure that she landed on him as he took the brunt of the fall. He growled again. She opened her eyes only to see the light get brighter before everything stopped. The ground no longer shook and the light disappeared. But in the corner of the room stood a woman cloaked in white. Her black hair hung in waves down her shoulders. She was tall, her feet bare. Her eyes were pitch black and she wore a bright smile showing off her fangs. Austin was quick as he picked them both off the floor and set her behind him. "Who the fuck are you?" Her smile grew as she studied him. "I, Austin, am your mother."

AN: My beasties!!!! We are finally starting to get closer to the end! Now i am warning you, this end wont be exactly like the one from the original rough draft. Wonder what they have in store for us?!!!!
