He furrowed his eyebrows at you then laughed, plotting himself next to you. "Oh, if it isn't little (f/n)! Haha." He says, "I can see it in your eyes that you wanna join the Survey Corps? Well don't. Stay in the MP, safe with me." You slowly stand up and grab him by his collar, he gives off his weird smile as you narrow your eyes at him.
"I'm not going with someone who abandoned me." Right as you said that, Jean poked your shoulder and smiled awkwardly. Your dad moved his head to the side and looked at Jean, he pushed you away and went face to face with Jean. "Oh if it isn't Jean boy? Are you dating my daughter yet?" He cringed as your dad put his hand on his shoulder, he backed away and snarled. "No, she's dating Eren." Your dad smirks and pats his shoulder once more, then whispers in his ear. "I prefer her dating him than you."
He slightly backed away. His eyes went watery but he rubbed his eyes to hide it. He sat next to you and hugged you, crying. You patted his head, letting him grief. Your dad laughed and walked away, "Hey.. (f/n). Why does everything in life go wrong for me? In the future.. I'm probably gonna lose you.." He says, holding you tighter. "(f/n).. I love you" Your eyes widen at his statement, you look into his eyes, but right as you did that, Eren came. "Oi. Horseface, get off of (f/n)."
You shook your head at him, but he didn't get your statement, Eren attempted to pull you off but Jean held on tighter, He clenched his fists and punched Jean, but he missed because you jumped in front. You fell on the ground and passed out, Jean's eyes widened as he quickly went down and held you. "Eren! Aren't you gonna help?" Jean yells carrying you bridal style. "Yes." He takes you from Jean's hands and walks to the infirmary, Eren suddenly runs into Mikasa.
She nods and says, "Are you really doing this to make Jean jealous? Wouldn't it break (f/n)'s heart when she figures out." He rolls his eyes, "I'm doing this for both reasons. I kind of love her? And I mostly want to make Jean jealous."
You opened your eyes slowly and heard his words, water was building up in your eyes. You slowly stood up and slapped him, then quickly ran away. Eren's eyes widened, Mikasa quickly ran for you. You ran outside to where Jean was recently, he wasn't there. You trembled and fell on your knees, cupping your eyes with your hands. Sobbing and sniffling uncontrollably.
Mikasa finds you and hugs you, slowly whispering comforting things in your ear. She finally leaves as you stay there sobbing. Some MPS pass by and roll there eyes, sometimes mentioning, 'if she's so scared why wouldn't she just kill herself already?' You Maneuvered onto a roof, you felt hands grip your shoulders. You turned around and saw Jean, you grasped his cheek and kissed him, his eyes widened. He then suddenly grabbed your waist and kissed you back. Holding you tighter and tighter each time, there was a spark in that kiss. Not like when you kissed Eren, he quickly pulled away and hugged you once more, giving you a small peck on the cheek. You cried on his shoulder as he pulled you in again for another kiss. You saw Eren standing and watching. He slowly walked away.
"I love you (f/n). I love you so much." He mumbles into your ear, you blush and sob on his shoulder even more. He smiles warmly and pats your head, "... will you be my girlfriend?" He says, as flustered as you are. You look at him directly in the face, "Yes. I love you.. too. Jean Kirschtein." Eren slowly turns his head around as he hears those words.
Eren's P.O.V
.. Damn! I'm such a dumbass. I love (f/n), she was one of my best friends. I wonder how this will affect our friendship.. I have to say sorry so we can revive it. She's dating Jean now, which is a minus. But at least she's happy.. and she won't be lied to? I don't know if Jean's cheating on her or not, but if he is, then.. I'll kill him with my bare hands.
The only one who could literally hurt (f/n) is me, I knew I didn't make her happy. But it seems as if Jean's making her the happiest girl alive. I accept that, and I'll protect him and her for that very reason. But if he ever hurts her, I will kill him.

Narrator's P.O.V
It was finally the day that Eren blocked the wall because Commander Pixis ordered it. You felt something on your shoulder, you quickly turned around and saw Marco who was smiling, "Be safe for Mikasa, Eren, Armin, Sasha, Connie and Zak. Most importantly, Jean and I" You nodded and replied with, "You be careful too. Okay?" He nods and gives off his bright smile once more, you sigh and look over at Bertholdt. Who's staring you down, he comes closer and sits next to you. You slowly back away as he grabs your hand.
"I'm sorry for that day, I get that you were mad. I appreciate how you lied and took all punishment." He says, with a stoic face. You quickly walk away and look at Annie who's staring at you too, you look away and search for Jean. You find him and hug his shoulder, he pats your head. "You're gonna be safe within my hands, got that (n/n)?" You nod and look at Eren.
Who was finally transforming into his titan form.
