Chapter 7 || Saved

It's been days since Ymir mentioned the name 'Krista'. You started wondering who it was, though today was the day you would ask Connie who Krista was in the morning. You walked to the mess haul and saw Connie, you sat next to him and asked him "Hey Connie, weird question, but who's Krista?" Connie stopped eating and put his fork down, he looked at you directly in the face and said "She died. It was Ymir's best friend" Your eyes widened as you walked away, hoping not to trigger anything.

You decided to walk to Jean's table, he smiled at you and patted down on an empty seat. You sat down and started to eat your soup. "Hey (f/n). So I heard news about you and Ymir." He said winking, you cringed and slapped him across the face, he nudged you on your shoulder for that. After, you spotted Ymir, who caught your gaze. She smiled and sat on the same table as you. "Hi." You said, putting your spoon in your mouth, she twisted her head, nodded, and then started to smirk.

"(n/n), are you and Jean-Boy and thing" Your eyes widened as you spit your soup onto your bread, Jean jumped away from you and Ymir started laughing. "(F/N)! YOU PIG" He screamed backing away from you. Ymir came closer to you and patted your shoulder, she looked back at Jean and said "But she's my pig" He smirked at her statement and sat back down with you. Staring at your bread. "Are you gonna eat that..?" He said gagging, "Nah. Gonna give it to Sasha" His eyes widened and he spit his bread onto Ymirs jacket.

She gave him an evil glare and stood up, Jean stood up with her too, they both looked in each others eyes, as Jean said "You know what this means." She nodded and they both sat down on an empty table, face to face, catching everyones attention. They then started to arm wrestle . "I BET MY MOST VALUABLE ITEM ON YMIR!" A random person in the crowd said, "I BET MY SHOES ON JEAN!" Reiner screamed with a grin plastered around his face, you randomly blushed seeing both of them arm wrestling.

They then started, Ymir was close, though Jean gritted his teeth and moved her hand down onto the table and won. She banged her hand on the table then walked away with a dark aura, Jean gave off his laugh and sat down next to me again. He hugged my back and said "See (f/n)! I can protect myself!" You turn around and smile at him, patting his head. You finish eating then you walk outside, just to have fresh air. You take a big breath in and sit on the stairway. You look up to the sky, it's beautiful. You thought.

You felt breathing behind you so you quickly turned around, you then saw Mikasa. With her natural stoic face, she sat next to you and said "So tomorrows graduation" your eyes widened as you said "I almost forgot! I hope I get within the top 10 at least" She pats your back and walks down the stairway near the shops, you get curious then run down the stairs with her. You couldn't find her so you turn around, but right when you were, you saw a man in his 40s go closer too you and touches your face

"Would be a beautiful person to sell" You cringe and try to walk away, he grabs your hair making you yell in pain, "Excuse me, can you let me go?" You say politely, his eyes widen and he starts to laugh, you grit your teeth and kick his ankle, he yells, then his friends come along. They all have knives and weapon, you scream then run, finding yourself stuck in the corner, they all gang up on you slowly. I'm gonna die in the hands of humans. Wow. I thought it was be Titans honestly. You thought in your head.

One came came closer to you when his knife, you slowly back away as he comes closer and closer, you decide to punch him in the face, causing him to fall on the floor. "So you seem to be a strong brat, kuh?" One says with two weapons, you scream and close your eyes, you expect to be stabbed, but you weren't. You slowly opened your eyes to see the guy who was about the stab you passed out, along with the rest of their friends. You lift your head up to see Jean, who was still in battle stance.

He looked back at you then hugged you, "YOU DUMBASS! This is way different than the bullies in Trost! You could've been killed Jean!" You yelled with a worried face, he smirked and said, "Well you could've been killed. What are you doing here anyway?" You push him off you then slowly wipe off the lint on your clothes. He carries you on his back, you laugh and out your hands up. "GO HORSEFACE!" He chuckles then tickles you, you laugh so hard you're about to fall off, though he catches you.

"Watch out (e/c) orbs" You twist your head and say "(e/c) orbs? Was that ment to be an offensive comment?" He rolls his eyes with a smile then takes a better grip on your ankles, he then runs back to the mess haul, scaring you. "Jean! You're running too fast!" He laughs and says "Good" running faster, you scream as he ends up throwing you in a pile of leafs, he then jumps in the pile with you, hoping the Sargent doesn't come. "I'm pretty sure I'm on top of you on the scoreboard"

Jean says with his devilish smirk, you playfully nudge his shoulder and say "Nah." I wonder where Mikasa is. You thought, Jean put his hands behind his head and looked at you, who was slowly dozing off. He nudged your shoulder, "Oi, wake up (n/n)." Your eyes open immediately as you jump, "IT IS 11:23 AM! WHY WOULD I TAKE A NAP NOW?!" You yell patting your own head, he grabs you by your waist then hugs you. Making you blush immediately, you can somehow feel his smirk.

"So (f/n). You do like me" You blush even more at the same time your eyes widen, you slap him, then he touches his cheek. "God, you're strong" He says hugging you tighter. You turn around as you both lock eyes, "Don't worry (f/n).. you can sleep now" He says as you turn the opposite way as you both slowly doze off, with his arms still on your waist, in the pile of leafs.
