"Mommy? Where's daddy?" Little brown eyed baby, Leo asked Lauren who immediately stop what she was doing.

"I-uh-what?" She bit her bottom lip glancing around the kitchen to see Dinah and her mom Carla staring at her with worried and shock faces.

"Where's daddy? Do I have a daddy?" Leo asked playing with his little lion stuff animal. "My friends have daddy but I don't, so where he is?"

Lauren swallows hard and turns the sink off picking the little boy up into arms. "Leo.." she mumbles moving some of his hairs out of his face. "You don't have a daddy."

"What? Why?" His big brown eyes start to water which makes Lauren panic glancing over at Dinah and Carla for help.

"Leo, you have another mommy." He stops and looks over his shoulder to meet Dinah eyes.

"Where is she?" He asked wiping his eyes. "I wanna see her."

Lauren sighs and says, "I don't know if that's a good idea, baby."

"W-why?" His voice shaky "I want mama."

"Mama" Carla mumbles glancing over to Dinah.

"I'm sorry baby but we don't know who-" Lauren tries to explain but Leo let's out a loud sob making her eyes start to water. "Baby no, don't cry." She tries to calm him down but that's no help. He just continues to cry.

"Just call her." Carla blurts out to Dinah making Lauren open her mouth to say no but Carla just looks at Leo who still crying.

"Fine." Lauren mumbles still trying to calm Leo down.

An hour later, there was a knock on the door. Lauren stands up handing Leo over to Dinah who takes him. She takes a deep breath opening the door and when she does, all she wants to do is cry.

"Y/N." She says.

"Lauren." Y/N stood there in her military uniform looking quite different but still beautiful. "Where is he?" She asked.

"Come in." Y/N walks pass her and stops when she see Leo in Dinah arms.

Leo quickly notice the lady standing there and tilt his head. "Who's that?" Leo ask Dinah who smiles sadly.

"That's 'mama'." She tells him. "Go say hi." She whispers into his ear.

Leo jumps off Dinah's lap and slowly walks over to Y/N who is now kneed down to her knees. Lauren watches as Leo hesitates a bit before wrapping his tiny arms around Y/N who picks him up and hugs him tightly.

Y/N never understood why Lauren hid him from her but she's actually really happy that Lauren let her see him for the very first time. "Mama! You-where have you been!" He shouts with a wide smile when they pull back.

Y/N laughs a bit and runs both of her hands down his face. "Just traveling around the world."

"Really!"

"Yeah." She smiles leaning in to kiss his forehead making him giggle happily.

"I missed you mama! Wait, I've got to show you something. I come back! Stay here!" He quickly runs pass Y/N and up the stairs.

Y/N stands up and wipes her eyes. "Dinah." She nods towards her.

"Y/N." She nods back. "H-how are you?"

"I-I'm doing great now that I've seen him." She said glancing over at Lauren who's bitting down on her bottom lip.

"Y/N." Y/N turns her head to see Carla and smiles softly.

"Hey Carla." Y/N walks over to Carla giving her a small hug. "How are you?"

Carla smiles squeezing Y/N's arm, "I'm doing great. Really great." Carla loves Y/N very much but when she heard that Lauren and her weren't together anymore it confused her. Why did Lauren leave the love of her life? The two were inseparable but now, they can't even look into each other eyes.

"Mama! Look!" Leo appears and hands Y/N his favorite stuff animal lion. "This is jr and-and he's so awesome!"

"He's cute." Y/N tells him squeezing his shoulder.

"Mama? Are you going to stay? Stay with me and mommy?" He asked "mommy is she?" He looked over at Lauren who stood there not knowing what to say.

"I-I don't know baby."

"Can you? We-we could be a family again!" He says jumping up and down.

Y/N glances up at Lauren who's looking right back at her. "I don't know baby, but we'll figure it out." Y/N licks her lips and looks down at Leo who's looking up at her.

"Okay!"
