You were new to Santa Carla, only moving in a few days ago to live with your Aunt Lisa.

You spent your first day exploring the boardwalk of Santa Carla, but hadn't bothered getting on any rides. Instead, you decided to check out the small shops, looking for new accessories and gifts for old friends.

But a particular store caught your eye. It was a comic book store, and you loved comics. It had been awhile since you bought a comic, so you decided to check the place out.

The comic shop was a bit older, but it still carried all the great issues. There was a strange couple, seemed like hippies, sleeping in the corner. At the front counter, there was three boys having a heated discussion about...vampires?

You shrugged the oddities of the place off, browsing around. After moments of the argument, it ceased and the silence had begun. But even that didn't last long, and you heard a few footsteps walk towards you.

"Batman?" A blond boy questioned with a grin, noticing the comic in your hand.

You nodded, "Yeah, I've been looking for this issue for awhile. I never really had the time to buy comics, especially with all the moving."

"You're new? Me too! I'm more of a Superman fan, but Batman is cool too." The boy enthusiastically commented and you smiled.

He was adorable, in fact, he reminded you of a puppy.

"My name is [Name]." You revealed.

"Gorgeous name for a gorgeous girl. Sam Emerson–Pleasure to meet you, [Name]." Sam complimented, leaving you a blushing mess.

If you think back at the moment, it was really cliche and cheesy, but you absolutely wouldn't change it.

The moment was soon interrupted though. The owner's sons, Edgar and Alan, came to introduce themselves. It was an odd introduction, mostly because they shoved a comic book of vampires in your face.

Supposedly, it was a survival guide, how odd is that?

Either way, you bought the Batman comic and took the vampire comic book. Even after the moment was killed, Sam offered to show you around.

"But aren't you new too?" You questioned, but nevertheless, you accepted the offer.

"Well yeah, but we can explore together!" Sam said, taking your hand, shouting a goodbye to the Frog Brothers. Miraculously enough, the sleeping parents had not awoken from
the bustling noise of the boardwalk or from Sam's goodbye.

Throughout the night, Sam had convince to you ride all the carnival rides offered on the boardwalk. In a long time, you never felt jovial and exhilarated as you did now, but Sam managed to evoke these feelings out of you.

"Here you go, my Lady." Sam announced, acting fancy, as he handed you a huge stuffed bear. He had just won it in a carnival game.

You smiled brightly, "Thank you, Sammy!" Taking the huge stuffed bear, you gave the boy a kiss on the cheek.

He grinned, "I know I've known you for a few hours, [Name]. So, it might be too soon to ask you to be my girl, but I wouldn't mind doing another date again."

"Agreed. I'll definitely go on another date with you. Especially if I gain a stuffed animal out of this, but there's bonus points if you get me a comic too." You spoke with a playful tone, a cheeky grin rested on your face.

"We'll see. Shall I accompany you home, my Lady?" Sam asked, wrapping an arm around you.

"You shall." You replied, walking off on the boardwalk with the cute blond still holding on to you. Your steps were practically in sync with each other.  You hoped for a great friendship with Sam, perhaps something more?

Either way, your first day at Santa Carla was amazing, in fact, you loved this place. Nothing could beat this–not even vampires.

author's note:
I'm sorry for this being quite short! I'm sorry if it's bad or anything, but I've been having a hard time completing some imagine requests. I tried making this as different as possible from my Alan imagine. I also apologize for any grammar, punctuation, or spelling errors.

I hoped you liked it! shittheadss
