Chapter 17

Gabe's POV

I smiled at Clem as she blushed at what I said.

"Gabe you are such a dork!" She said and hit me playfully again and I smiled at her.

I slowly inched closer to her and she smiled while staring into my eyes.

I stared back into hers as I kissed her. She kissed me back and it lasted until we were out of breath. She smiled at me her face red and I brushed her hair out of her face.

"You are so cute" I whispered, holding her hand.

She smiled at me and then responded with "You are too"

I smiled and then she pecked my lips. I smiled and kissed her.

"A peck isn't enough for me." I whispered teasingly into her ear.

She blushed and smiled and gave me a kiss. It didn't last as long as the first one but it was nice.

She pulled away and smiled at me before saying.

"Thank you Gabe." she whispered and leaned her head on me.

"Cualquier cosa por ti mi amor." ("anything for you my love") I whispered as she smiled at me and said.

"You need to teach me Spanish!"

"I will someday" I smiled at her and kissed her cheek.

Clementine's POV

Gabe was so good to me...I didn't deserve him..

He is so kind and reassuring. I'm am lucky to have him.

He stuck up for me when no one else would...I love him..

"I love you" I said and looked into his eyes.

"I love you too Clem, I always will." He said and that made butterflies roar in my stomach.

I leaned my head on him and whispered.

"This is kind of like a date."

"Yeah it is." Gabe said, bringing me into his lap.

I smiled and closed my eyes slowly drifting off to sleep.

Gabe's POV

Clem fell asleep in my lap. I smiled and remembered the first time she did. We were in the van and I cuddled her and we were sleeping together.

I smiled and looked at her. "So beautiful.." I whispered.

I picked her up, bridal style and started to make my way back to our room.

My dad was mad at me..I knew it...But no one comes between me and Clem...

Maybe one day we can all live normal lives...Maybe this will end one day..Maybe me and Clem could start our own family..When we are older of course.

I sighed and held her close as people glared at her. So may people here hated her...All she was doing was trying to help someone she loved. Why cant they see that?

I sighed again and walked into my dads house and up to the room I was staying in.

I laid Clem down on the bed and remembered.

She's on her period..What if she doesn't have any more pads...Should I go and get her more? What if she gets mad because I know...Oh god.

I sighed and decided to go and get her some...It'll help her even if she's mad at me..

I kissed her forehead before walking out of our room. I didn't want to leave her long.

I rushed out of the house and into the hospital.

I nervously walked up to the nurse at the front.

"Um miss, do you have any pads?"

She smiled sweetly and said.

"Yes." And reached under the counter handing me a box.

I took the box and asked "Is there any pill my girlfriend can take to make it not so bad..?"

She smiled again and hand me a small bottle.

She then said."She can take them every twelve hours okay?"

I smiled and nodded before responding with."Okay, thanks miss?"

"Miss Anna." She said and then added "You are a good boyfriend y'know"

I smiled and said "That's because I have an amazing girlfriend."

She smiled again and I left rushing back to my dads house and up to our room.

I opened the door and Clem was awake.

"Hey love." She said and sat up groaning a bit.

I smiled and handed her the pads and pills.

She stared up at me and looked grateful but then confused.

She then asked "How did you know that I was on my period.."

I sighed and replied with "I figured it out..I didn't know at first so I talked to Javi about it and he explained..."

"Oh.." She said and looked embarrassed.

I smiled and walked over to her putting my hand under her chin forcing her to look at me"Its nothing to be embarrassed about love, Its completely normal...I am going through puberty too..."

She smiled and added. "You make that very noticeable, you get boners all the time!"

I blushed darkly and said "Haha..." Before kissing her. She kissed me back and it got heated quickly.

We were in a full make out session when a knock came from the door.

"Uggh" I groaned as I pulled away and got up off of her. I went to the door and opened it.

And who I saw made my face go pale...
