Chapter 13

A week passed as the staff and Royalty of Karasuno took refuge in the Nekoma Castle, taking their time to heal and sort out her thoughts. (Y/n) had spent most of those days sleeping and when she was sleeping she would be hangin out with the residence of Nekoma as well as those who came from Karasuno with here. She would spend most of hers nights with Tsukishima. So far no one had found out about their relationship, however (Y/n) could tell that Sugawara was becoming suspicious of the amount of time they would spend together as well as how close they had suddenly become.

Daichi made sure that Yamaguchi checked in with Tanka everyday to get an update on how things were going back at the Kingdom. So far everything was going well, Aoba Jousai had made camp at the castle but had made no moves towards the capital or any other towns. Nishinoya of course was suspicious of the act and requested that he could go to the Capital, which is why he left a few days ago.

(Y/n) was walking down the hallway targeting with Tsukishima about what type of cake was better, when Sugawara came running around the corner. He stopped abruptly in front of the them, panting slightly. "Princess we have a problem."

(Y/n)'s smile dropped off her face, "What? What kind of problem?"

"It's Aoba Jousai, they finally made a move towards the capital." Sugawara panicked.

"Sh*t" Tsukishima cursed, running a hand through is hair.

"Come on Daichi wants to see us right away!" Sugawara grabbed (Y/n)'s arm and dragged her back the way he came. Tsukishima glared at him but followed after. They burst through the double doors into a room similar to the strategy room that they have back at their castle.

Kenma sat at a chair against the wall allowing Daichi to take the head of the table. "Ah Princess, Tsukishima, take a seat." He instructed gesturing to the vacant seats.

'So what's going on Daichi? Sugawara told me that Aoba Jousai was attacking the Capital. What do we do?" (Y/n) stressed, her hands clenched, fingernails digging into her skin.

"Yes that is true. Yamaguchi care to explain for everyone." Daichi commanded.

Yamaguchi nodded and began to explain, "Well I was making my daily check up with Tanaka but just as he was giving his report I heard explosions coming from his side, followed by shouts of shock and screams of um... well point is communication was cut off after he was hit by a chair, I think it was."

"A chair? What kind of soldier attack their enemy with a chair?" Tsukishima scoffed.

"I don't know, he was inside when it happened and there was a lot of wind when the doors burst open, so maybe a chair got blown around and hit him." Yamaguchi tried to explain.

"Well how he got hit with a chair is not of our concern right now. We need to figure out what to do. We are fighting a losing battle here, we have left our soldiers with no backup plan or strategy." Daichi sighed.

Kageyama stepped forward, drawing attention to him, "Well I say that we just go directly to the King and take him out and once the King is dead everyone will be in a state of shock and will retreat to their kingdom and leave us alone. Killing a royal member is something that makes you feared. If we get rid of Oikawa they won't attack us anymore."

"Well that seems good and all but you know how hard it would be to get in there, get passed all his guards, soldiers not to mention his Knight. I've heard rumors of the Iwaizumi, the best knight to ever exist. No one has ever beaten him before and from what I've heard he is not about to let Oikawa die." Sugawara explained.

"True, but it's not like we can fight them all head on." Hinata spoke up. "Why don't we just use magic to teleport in there and kill him when he is alone, you know like those assassins do."

"Hinata, that might just work, however that would require a lot of planning and for us to be able find out how they work but we haven't the time for that." Daichi spoke.

"Well I might be able to help with that." Kageyama input. All eyes turned to him. And so a plan was made.
