(Y/n)'s eyes widened as she looked at Tsukishima who had frozen. "Wh-What?"
"Aoba Jousai has reached the border line! Hurry! Daichi wishes to see you quickly!" The soldier ran back off the way they came, with (Y/n) following in suite.
Tsukishima patted his side to ensure that his sword was still beside him. When he felt it he sighed in relief and chased after them.
The three burst through the front doors and over to where Daichi was with Nishinoya. "Daichi, has Aoba Jousai really arrived?!" (Y/n) asked.
"Yes it would seem so." He sighed, "They are about 2 miles of reaching the border line and crossing over. Nishinoya has ordered everyone to regroup in preparation to send them out."
"But they are already so close, we will never get there in time." Tsukishima stated.
"So we know, which is why we are using several of our mages to send us there with teleportation." Yamaguchi spoke as he joined them. "Everyone has assembled sir. Are you ready for us to send them off?"
Daichi nodded and gave the command. (Y/n) stiffened as walked forwards and faced the rows of soldiers.
"Alright so you are about to be sent off to the border line where you will clash with Aoba Jousai. You will have five minutes to get yourselves into formation and hide. I wish you all the best of luck and send my hope and strength with you. I wish I could with you all but I must stay here incase anyone manages to get through. Good luck my mighty soldiers. Fight well for the sake of Karasuno! Let's keep flying!" (Y/n) finished her speech and stepped back nodding at the mages.
A couple of chants later red lightning shot down from the sky zapping each individual soldier to the town they needed to be at. Moments later the lightning disappeared and it was silent. All that remained was the regular staff and council members as well as a small count of fifty soldiers, that were chosen to stay back to defend the castle.
(Y/n) suddenly felt light headed and fell down to weak to stand. Tsukishima being right there, caught her in time before she hit the ground.
"Princess you alright there?" He asked, concern hidden in his voice.
"Yeah I'm fine, just felt a bit light headed. I need to sit down, I haven't done that in a few hours." She reassured patting his arm as she stood up.
"Maybe you should go inside and sit down, I'll Kiyoko to make us a proper meal, alright." Daichi suggested. (Y/n) nodded and went inside followed by Tsukishima and Yamaguchi.
Arriving in the sun room she sat down on her bean bag and let out a big sigh. "Urgh I feel so nervous for them. They must be so scared. I wish I could be there with them."
"Well if you would like Princess I could show you how they are doing at the moment." Yamaguchi offered, sitting next to Tsukishima on the couch nearest to her.
"No it's alright, I don't really want to sit back and watch my men being slaughtered while I eat my dinner. But thanks for the offer." She joked trying to ease the atmosphere.
"You think they are being slaughter?" Yamaguchi shook.
(Y/n) sighed again for the fiftieth time that day, "Yes. It's Aoba Jousai I would be surprised if they even lasted an hour. But I guess I just have to have faith that they will do alright."
"Faith. You're going to need a lot of that aren't you?" Tsukishima spoke.
"Aish you two are so negative." Yamaguchi huffed. "I'm sure they are doing just fine."
"Yeah lets hope there buddy." Tsukishima scoffed crossing his arms and closing his eyes. Well while we have the time I'm going to get some sleep. I suggest you both do as well."
