Chapter 2: Me, Myself and I

As Tabby and I drove to school my stomach kept yelling at me. It growled at least 4 times in the past 2 minutes. This is her fault.
"Ugh, enough with your stomach." She groans.
I playfully punch her arm. "This is your fault. You could've let me eat my breakfast. We're going to be early and we still would have been early IF YOU LET ME EAT." We laugh.
"I'm sorry," she wines, "You know how it is on the first day. You have to be early if you want a good spot in line to get your schedule." She informs me. I roll my eyes and dramatically slump down in my seat, she nudges me.
"Tell you what," she starts, "I will stop at this here gas station and get you a bagel and some juice." She says.
I raise an eye brow, "cream cheese?"
"Cream cheese." She promises. I cheer. She laughs and pulls into the gas station. She gets out the car and jogs inside. I take out my phone and take a look at snap chat. I can see that most people are actually just pulling into the school parking lot.
"Jeez Tabs was right." I mutter to myself. You really do have to be there early, it was the truth. Unless you enjoy being late to homeroom and getting detention on the first day. Yes it happens. Crazy I know, I know. Tabby emerges from the mini mart and gets back into the drivers seat. She hands me my bagel and my orange juice, which I begin to devour almost immediately.
"Jesus smaller bites please, I don't need you dying in my car or else my parents will kill me, too." I start pretending to choke and she starts the car.
"Oh my god, stop Belle." She worries, I can't help but laugh.
"Thank you for the meal and we should really be going a lot of people are already there." I tell her.
"Told you so." She pulls out the parking spot and we are on our way.
Along the way I stay on snap chat checking out all the #firstdayofschool stories.
As I'm going along I see one person's story who, to this day I'm still surprised actually added me back.
Justin Davis.
Justin Davis is the school's super hot, bad boy. He only cares about three things; me myself and I. Or he, himself, and, him.
Although he is angry all the time and pushes everyone he comes in contact with out of his way, literally, except his friends, I can't help but feel there's something deep down inside that is or has messed him up. Justin truly is gorgeous though, but he's mean and I don't like mean. But still.
It was then I had the greatest idea that probably wasn't the greatest idea but was the greatest idea to me.
"Gasp," I say out loud.
"Hmm." Tabby says.
"I just had the best idea." I say.
She looks at me then back at the road.
"I'm going to befriend Justin Davis" I say simply.
Tabby practically chokes.
