I push opened Reese's bedroom door and pecked my head in to make sure Sage was asleep.

After I saw she was knocked out I walked out of the house with my phone and across the street to the little park that we had.

"Aye, D'!" Tucker shouted as I walked over to the boys.

"Hey," I smiled and did the bro hug with Tucker and all the boys.

"What's up?" Mikey said as he brought the beer bottle up to his lips and taking a swig, before holding it out for me.

I shook my head and turned to Jai, "Can I borrow the truck to get Cole? Ree' left for work and Sage is sleep."

"Of course," Jai nodded with a smile. "Here." He said as he pulled his keys out of his pocket and tossed them to me.

"Thank you," I said as I caught them. "I'll pay you back for gas." I said.

"No need Dev'," Jai shook his head.

"We will check up on Sage while your gone." Josh said.

"Thank you boys." I smiled and jogged off to Jai's truck.

I hopped in and started the truck. I drove down the street and turned on to the major road and headed for Cole's friend's house that he was at.

After about ten minutes I pulled up to the house and Cole and his friends were outside.

He saw me pull up and he bro hugged his friends goodbye and hopped in the truck.

"Hey." I said as I drove off and turned around to head home.

"Hey." He said. "Reese at work?" He asked.

"Yeah," I answered. "'Also Sage is out so be quiet."

"Okay." He said. "You gonna hang out with the boys?"

"Yeah, probably." I nodded. "Did you ask that girl out yet?"

"No," he shook his head.

"Why? You scared?" I teased.

"No," he shook his head. "She has a thing for Danny."

"Danny? The blonde one?" I asked.

"Yeah," he answers.

"Oh sorry," I said.

"Not a big deal," he shrugged. "She's has a bitchy attitude anyway."

I laughed and rolled my eyes.

Soon we pulled up to Jai's house and I parked the truck.

"Remember be quiet, Sage is asleep." I said reminding him as he walked around the back of the truck next to me.

"Yeah, yeah." He waved me off as he walked towards our place.

I headed back to the little park.

"Here." I said and tossed Jai his keys. "Thanks again."
