Devon Devereaux

"Get up we got donuts for the birthday girl and everyone!" Johnson shouted banging on the door.

I groaned and rolled over under the sheets curling in to the bare chest.

"Are you cold?" A deep husky voice chucked.

I peeked my eyes open up at Nate. "Shut up."  I snuggled in to his chest more. "Did we?" I mumble.

"No." He laughed.

"Then why are you half naked?" I asked.

"Because it's uncomfortable to sleep in jeans and you're  wearing my shirt." He stated. I just nodded. "Come on let's go eat." He stated moving to get up but I pulled him down shaking my head.

"Ten more minutes." I mumbled.

---about an hour larer---

"Stop laughing!" Nash shouted with a smile on his face. I continued to laugh along with Hayes while the others, Nate, the Jacks and Derek had smiles on their faces. Nate was sat next to me on the couch his arm rested on the back behind me.

"You-" I slowed down on laughing. "You can never laugh at me for dancing on a table again!" I exclaimed with a smile spread across my face."Or I'll just post this video of you doing it,"

"Whatever," he huffed and narrowed his eyes at me trying to be serious but the a smile still lingered on his lips.

"We all need that video." Johnson added.

"No!" Nash shouted. I laughed along with everyone else.

I calmed down on my laughing. "Hey," Nate whispered and I looked at him to see him looking down at me smiling like I was. "I'm going to the studio tomorrow, you coming?" He asked.

I smiled. "Yeah." I nodded and he kept his smile on his face.

My phone started to ring and I picked it up after Nate and my eyes darted to it. Cole's name came across the screen and I anwsered it, still leaned back in the couch.

Before I could even say hey Cole shouted, "Happy birthday!"

I laughed. "Thank you."

"Wait, hang on."

There was some shuffling. "Auntie Dev'?"

"Hey," I continued to smile.

"Happy birthday!" She said and I could picture her jumping up and down. When she said birthday it came out as 'birfday'.

"Thank you, sweetie." I said the door bell ringing.

"I got it." Derek said getting up.

"I wish you were here so we could celly-celebrate." She said, and I laughed slightly because she couldn't say celebrate.

"I know, me too." I told her. I was about to talk again but Derek came back.

"Devon, you got flowers." He pointed behind me.

I furrowed my eyebrows. "I'll call you back later, okay?"

"Okay!" She said still a smile sounding through her voice.

I hung up. "I'll be back." I mumbled and head down the hall putting my phone in my pocket.
