Chapter 9

Drew's POV:

You got inside and kicked your shoes off. All the way home you've been thinking about the man who called for Kylie. Could it be her father? Yeah, probably. Hopefully you didn't get her in trouble for talking to you. You bit your lip at the thought. "Shit.. What if I got her in trouble?" you mumbled. You grabbed your backpack and made your way to your room. You dropped the backpack on the floor and laid on your back on your bed. You pulled out your phone and clicked on your contact. "Create new conact" you read from your screen. You looked at your hand and put in Kylie's number. And you actually named her like she had written her name on your hand. With a silly smile you saved her as a contact. But you were still kinda worried that you had gotten her into trouble, and figured it would be best to send her a text. But what if she thought you were too clingy? "Damn it Drew you're a 16 year old guy, don't be such a pussy." you told yourself. That would be something your brother Justin or Jason would say to you, so you kinda figured it wouldn't hurt to send a text. //Hey, you okay? /Drew // You read the text before you sent it, to make sure it was okay. "It's not to much, but not to little either. Yeah you can send that." you mumbled, talking to yourself. You hit send and bit your lip, impatiently waiting for a reply. Your phone buzzed and you quickly looked at your screen. "Kylie ♡" showed on your screen and you instantly lit up in a smile. You unlocked your phone and read the reply she sent you. //Yeah I'm fine, my dad is just a bit overprotective that's it x //

You bit your lip, didn't 'x' mean like.. Kisses? "Don't make a big deal out of it Drew, and remember, just friends." Thank god no one was home, they would've thought you were crazy if they heard you talking to yourself. //Oh, man that sucks. Sorry if I got you in trouble or anything..//

"Drew?" you heard Jason call. Shit Jason just got home. Your whole body stiffened. No, not now. Please not now. You didn't want to be beaten, not today. Drew are you home?" Jason called again. Your body relaxed when you heard that Jason wasn't angry, he talked in his normal tone, and that gave you courage to answer him. "Yes, I'm in my room!" you answered him. You heard his footsteps coming closer to your room, and the door opened. Jason stepped inside your room and leaned against the doorframe. "Hey.." he mumbled. You moisturized your lips and avoided looking at him. "Hey.." you whispered. Jason sighed and crossed his arms over his chest. "Drew, look at me."

You lifted your head a little and looked at him. "I'm sorry.." he said. And you were just about to open your mouth to answer, when he held his hand up to stop you from saying anything. "I know that saying sorry doesn't fix anything and that actions speak louder than words." he said. You looked at him with your mouth slightly opened. "How did I know you were gonna say that?" Jason asked, and chuckled at your facial expression. "Well Derek told me that this morning." he answered. You nodded your head. "Oh.."

Jason bit his lip. "So.." he started. He unfolded his arms from his chest and a small smile was forming on his lips. "I had to pull a few strings and use some of my favors.. But.." He said and moved his hand to the back pocket of his jeans. "I got these." he said, and pulled out tickets. "What are they for?" you asked, with confusion filled in your voice. Jason smirked. "Tickets for tonight's lakers game."

You almost flew up from your bed in excitement. "No fucking way!" you outburst. Jason smiled widely. "I'm totally serious." he said. "Let me see!" you begged as you reached for the tickets. Jason shook his head and held them out of your reach. "Tell me I'm the best brother in the whole wide world and that you forgive me first." he said teasingly. You rolled your eyes. "Jason you're the best brother in the whole wide world and I forgive you." you said. "Now let me see the tickets, please!" you begged. Jason chuckled, pleased by getting his will through. "Here you go." he said, and handed you the tickets. You examined them carefully, making sure they were real and that Jason didn't prank you. "Why is it only three tickets? Who's not going?" you asked him. Jason sighed. "Justin isn't going."

You rolled your eyes. "What a surprise." You muttered. "Why isn't he going with us? What could possibly be more important or fun than the lakers game?" you asked him. Jason shrugged his shoulder. "He told me about some party." You nodded your head. "It's his loss." Jason nodded in agreement. "Hey, who's Kylie?" he asked, with a huge smirk on his face.

You felt your cheeks turning red. You hadn't had time to try to wash away Kylie's name from your hand. "Uhm.." you started. "Is she your girlfriend? Are you guys hooking up? Are you planning to fuck her?" Jason asked. "No!" you said quickly. "God no." you answered his last question. Jason laughed at you. "For real who is Kylie and why do you have her number scribbled on your hand?" he asked, curiosity filled in his voice. You were kinda unsure if you were gonna tell Jason about Kylie or not. To be honest you were scared he would start teasing you. But he's your older brother, he's gonna tease you anyways. Besides it's already too late to try and get out of this conversation. Jason wanted an answer, and he would get it one way or another. "She's a friend of mine." you answered, and that was the truth. "A friend huh?" Jason asked. You nodded your friend. "Is she hot? What does she look like?" he asked, smirking. You rolled your eyes. "She's gorgeous." you mumbled. Jason's smirk grew even bigger. "Do you like her?" he asked, teasingly. "Shut up! Get out of my room, now." Jason laughed and swung his arm around your shoulders. He pinned you up against his chest and messed up your hair with his knuckles. "You do like her!" he laughed, as he kept on messing up your hair. "No I don't! You're messing up my hair stop!" you whined and tried to get out of his grip. "You're such a pussy Drew." Jason laughed and let go of you. "Just tell me if you need any condoms, because we don't want any baby mama drama, got it?" he said, while smirking widely. You rolled your eyes. "I'm not gonna fuck her what's wrong with you!" you whined. Jason laughed. "Oh you will Drew, sooner or later." And with that said, Jason left your room. A frustrated sigh escaped your lips. "Can't a guy have friends?" you muttered. You picked up your phone from your bed and Kylie's name showed up on the screen. You unlocked your phone and read her text. //You didn't get me in trouble, don't worry. So what are you up to?//

You sighed in relieve. "Thank god I didn't get her in trouble.." you mumbled. //Jason just came in my room and told me we got tickets for the Lakers game tonight. I can't wait! :D// you hit sent and ran your hand through your hair. Only seconds later you felt your phone buzz. //ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING WITH ME I LOVE THE LAKERS TAKE ME WITH YOU.//

You laughed at her reply. //If I could, then I would ;)// Wait.. Did you just flirt with her? You nervously bit your lip. And impatiently waited for her reply. //Damn it, you'll have to take me with you next time ;)//

You smiled a little and moisturized your lips. //Sure babe ;)//
