I laid in my bed thinking about everything that just happened the past two days. Mason never came over and he stopped texting and calling me. I didn't know if he came over while Mathew and I were sleeping on the couch. I woke up at the slightest noise, my face lit up from anything. If he came in I probably would have woken up. I sighed and turned to look over at the clock, it read 12:03.

"Merry Christmas to me!" I said loud enough to echo off the walls but quiet enough to not wake up my Shay and Mathew.

Yesterday I stayed in bed because I had a major headache. Mathew and Shay stayed up together and were talking about things and making out. I kept falling asleep through out the day and my headache has only been getting worse.

I heard a knock on the door before it flew open and Shay jumped on my bed.

"Oh god," I grabbed my head before realizing it didn't hurt.

"Oh my god! I am so sorry," her eyes went wide.

"Actually my head wasn't killing me," I smiled.

"Good," her posture popped up.

"Merry Christmas sis," Mathew smiled and came behind Shay.

"Merry Christmas Mathew! Merry Christmas Shay!" I smiled.

"Merry Christmas," even in the dark her eyes lit up.

"Okay let's go to bed and open the gifts tomorrow," Mathew yawned.

"Okay," I lifted the blanket back over my body.

"Goodnight," Shay smiled and went to leave.

"Goodnight!" I called back at her and Mathew.

"Night," Mathew shut the door.

Banging on the door woke me up and I shot out of bed landing on my feet. My purple flannel pants were swinging low on my hips. I was wearing a black cami and I grabbed my blanket to wrap up my cold body.

"Malia get up," Mathew opened the door and Shay came rushing in.

"I am up, whose at the door?" I looked at him.

"Our parents," he went to shut the door but I pushed it open.

"What are you going to do? This is there house," I glared at him. The door downstairs opened and the family heel clicking and loud footsteps came in.

"Wake up kids! It's Christmas and it's nine in the morning!" My eyes widened at what time it was.

"They don't know I'm here do they?" Shay looked between Mathew and I.

"Shit, no," I looked at Mathew.

"Well it's about time we go and talk to our mommy and daddy," Mathew smiled but his lace was voice in sarcasm.

"Okay, Shay stay here. One of us will be back soon, don't come down especially if we're fighting. Okay?" I looked over at her.

"Ya, I'll stay up here," Shay sat on the bed.

"Okay, bye babe," Mathew and I walked outside and he shut the door.

"Good luck I guess," Shay said just as the door clicked shut.

"Get down here!" Our father yelled just as the doorbell rang.

"Who in the living hell is that!" My mother yelled.

"I'll get it!" I yelled as my feet ran down the stairs.

"Malia, wait up!" I heard Mathew's feet following close behind me as I jumped off the last four steps. I rushed to the door as my parents glared at me.
