"Alex," Brittany was about to break down into tears. We were all sitting at our large dinning room table. It's been two weeks meaning it was February, I can't believe how fast this week has gone. Tony had the redhead from work sitting on his lap at the end of the table, her name was Carly. Apparently the guy was her brother who acted like her boyfriend. It's so no one would be rude to her and stuff.
"I can't do this," Alex sighed.
Aiden was at the other end of the table staring in shock and looking between the two of them. It was so awkward that even Mason shifted uncomfortably underneath me. We didn't have enough chairs for everyone so I ended up on top of his lap between Mathew and Aiden. Jordan had Alyssa on his lap and Nick had Kristina on hers. We were all looking at each other, why was he breaking up with her now?
"Why?! I have literally been the perfect girlfriend!" She stood up as Alex slid his chair out.
"What?! Are you kidding me right now!" He yelled back at her.
Mason wrapped his arms around my waist and squeezed me into him like I was about to let him go.
"Did you not hear the way you have been treating everybody!" Alex rolled his eyes as Brittany's started tearing up.
Brittany called me bitch, called Kristina a sex addict, Mason was told that I must be paying him for sex, Nick was called a fuckboy, Tony was called a cheater, Carly a whore, Mathew a liar, and Aiden was called cheap fat ass. This had to be the most interesting dinner I have ever been to, no lie.
"There all true Alex!" Brittany argued back.
I could feel the tension build up in the room and I saw the fire in Carly's eyes along with Kristina's.
"Um can you do this somewhere else?" I spoke up before either one of the girls went in for the attack.
"Shut up!" Brittany snapped her head at me as the oven went off.
The food hasn't even been served yet, how much I regret. It was Sunday and I figured we wouldn't see each other next weekend so we might as well spend today together.
"I'll get it," Mason scooted back the chair so I could get the food.
We went clubbing and came to Mathew and my place to eat, oh the regret. My flip flops slapped across the floor, I should have just worn flats.
"This isn't fair," I heard Brittany speak up again.
I pulled out the enchiladas and fajitas, Mathew and I made dulce de leche cheescake for dessert. It was only for us two, but I really wanted some right now.
"How is it not fair Brittany," Alex sighed.
I grabbed a plate holder so it didn't burn the table when I placed it down. I walked over to the table and set the enchilada's closer to Tony and Mathew and the fajitas by Mason and Aiden. I loved both things, so Mason and I decided to split both. However I doubt that it was going to happen now.
"You said you loved me! I love you," tears were falling down her face.
God I don't know what I would do if I was here. I would blow up at Mason and ran out of the house to go cry while going home. Hopefully that wasn't going to happen.
"Can I have a fajita please?" Carly lifted up her plate.
I really hope this whole mess would be fine soon. I mean it's a terrible thing but its getting super tense in here.
"Ya," everyone passed the plate towards me. I served her one fajita and passed it back to her.
"Sorry are we interrupting you dinner?" Brittany glared at Carly than me.
