"It's May!" Kristina yelled after I answered the door.
"Who the hell is it?" Mathew yelled. I totally would have yelled at Kristina if Mathew wouldn't have done that.
"It's Kristina!" I yelled back and Kristina smirked.
"And her hot cousin!" Kristina yelled and I heard a girl laughing next to her.
"Why are you here?" I mumbled dragging a hand down my face.
"Well it's been two weeks since your break up plus we got one week off for Spring. I came to make sure you are okay," she smiled.
Ya when school started Mason smirked and I just smiled back at him, then he disappeared. He moved schools or something like that and I could care less. I knew we weren't meant to be but I was just holding on to that hope I guess.
This spring break Mathew and I hung around and laughed like all the time. We grew closer which I didn't think was possible and I'm back to my normal state. I mean I cried for two days in a row before realizing how stupid this was. I was going to break up with him anyways and it's not like I was going to see him again.
"Ya I'm fine," I smiled and she cocked her head to the side.
"Okay you are either serious or your a bomb af faker," Kristina pulled me into a hug which caused me to laugh in response.
"I think that having Mason in my life made me realize how much I didn't need some boy in my life. I need to wait for the right one," I pulled back to see her smile.
"You really are okay! Okay good because I love you and I hate seeing you sad and I'm sorry about being gone. We had to go and pack up my cousins things so she could live with me!" Kristina squealed and the girl stepped where I could see her.
"My name is Katie, Katie Thorn," she smiled and pulled me into a hug. "I heard how amazing you were and I had to come visit."
I laughed and opened the door wider, "come on in." I laughed when Kristina wiggled her eyebrows at me. Katie was so Mathew's type, and I honestly didn't want him to make a fool of himself.
"Stay here, I'll cook breakfast. I just need to go get my brother!" I said while running up the stairs. I turned the corner and ran straight into Mathew, without his damn shirt on. He was in the middle of putting it on before her laughed, soon I joined.
"Malia why are you in such a rush?" He wiggled his eyebrows and I hit his chest.
"There's a girl that is so your type," I wiggled my eyebrows back.
"Who?" He laughed and I smirked.
"Kristina's cousin Katie, long dirty blond hair, green eyes, and a dash of freckles, tall but not to tall, and not a hoe," I winked and he ran his hand through his hair. "Come on," I laughed and grabbed his arm pushing him towards his room. I grabbed a dark blue shirt and threw that at him along with his red plaid pajama bottoms.
"Really, really?" Mathew held up the bottoms.
"You want to look like you tried?" I scoffed and he just laughed.
"Alright fine now go make breakfast," Mathew was changing while I walked out of the room.
"Excuse me?" I stopped and looked at him straight in the eye as he put on his shirt.
"I mean please go make breakfast," he pulled out his lip.
"Oh fine but hurry or your not getting any," I laughed and slammed the door shut. I ran down the stair cases and nearly ran into Katie.
