It was now lunch time and I continually told Kristina that I would make u my mind by lunch today. Yet here I was still arguing if we were good or not, I mean he was going to come clean about it.
"Malia!" I stopped in my tracks and turned around to face Kristina practically running to come get me.
I let out an awkward cough, "yes?"
"Do not yes me young lady! Are you two good or not? Well to answer that question you can say yes," Kristina ran her fingers through her hair. "Ugh you know what I mean now answer the question."
"Kristina it's almost the end of the year," I smiled at her and she got even madder. "Okay okay I still don't know," I frowned.
"He didn't do anything wrong, he has had so much potential to but he hasn't. Babe he was going to tell you! I need to understand," Kristina rubbed my arms up and down.
"He wouldn't have stopped if it wasn't for Chloe," I frowned.
"Mason thought it was you! Of course he wasn't going to stop," Kristina lifted my chin up to look her in the eye. "Where is the feisty girl I came to be besties with?"
"I don't know what to think Kristina, there are so many pros and cons," I looked at her dead in the eye.
"Well prom is coming up and you need to make your decision now," she dropped her arms. "As in like right now or we are going in my car and driving far far away."
The drive didn't sound like a bad idea right now so I gave her a cheeky grin.
"Malia! I was kidding!" Kristina shook her head at me.
"We will have to take our relationship slower," I looked her in the eye.
"Oh god Malia you have taken this relationship slower than a turtle!"
"Slow and steady wins the race," I smiled.
"You already won Malia, you won Mason's heart. What more do you want him to do?" Kristina frowned at me but she knew she was getting somewhere. "It's time you jump back on that horse, he's definitely learned his lesson."
"Okay but if this happens again-" Kristina cut me off.
"Oh it won't happen again trust me, if it does I will kick his ass to pizza hut," Kristina smiled when I let out a laugh.
"Okay," I sighed and my heart felt happy. However my mind felt numb and confused, I hope he doesn't break my heart again.
"Okay," Kristina stuck her arm in mine as we went outside to eat.
"I am super tired Kristina," I yawned and rested my head on her shoulder.
"Ya well so am I girl, so am I," Kristina rested her head on top of mine.
"We are both lucky to have those boys you know," I sighed happily. The boys were up and playing football as Kristina and I laughed.
"Ya we really are, but I don't know how you do it," I could feel Kristina smiling. We unlinked our arms and I looked over at her.
"You don't know how I do what?"
"I don't know how in the world you can handle both your brother and Mason. I mean they are freaking crazy man!" Kristina laughed and I joined in.
"Ya they really are!" We went over and sat on the bench, just the two of us. I laid down and started eating my apple while Kristina opened her bag of chips.
"Nick said he wouldn't care if I gained a little bit more weight," Kristina smirked down at me.
"Ya sure he did," I laughed and she rolled her eyes.
