The sound of engines roaring to life, well multiple of them, woke me up from my sleep.
"Hey princess, how did you sleep?" Mason turned and smiled at me.
I opened my eyes to see the black interior of a car, a blanket was covering my body. I was leaning against a pillow that was more comfy than my entire bed.
"Where am I?" I looked out the window to see it was super dark outside. There were hundreds of cars that the lids were open and even more people.
"Your at your work," Mason opened my door careful to catch the pillow.
"How? We were at Charley's and you were talking hockey," I yawned and threw the pillow in the back seat.
"Ya you fell asleep which I am happy about. I carried you out to the car and took out the blanket and pillow in the trunk," he gave me a small smile. He leaned over my body and unbuckled me.
"I am so sorry I fell asleep," I yawned and snuggled into the blanket.
"It's okay babe. I'm just happy were together, I mean like kissing normally again. It's time to go and serve drinks. I promise I won't drink tonight," Mason gave me a small smile. "I know you've been worried a lot lately and I don't need me getting drunk added to that list."
"I am so tired Mason," I frowned.
"We will be home in three hours, your shift ends at that time," Mason smiled down at me.
"Thanks so much for bringing my car," Mathew gave Mason a pat on the back.
"Hey sis how are you?" Mathew looked over at me.
"I'm really tired," I frowned.
"Ya that's probably because you haven't slept in a while. Shay hasn't either, do you know why?" Mathew was still looking at me.
"We have reasons, she'll tell you if you asked," I yawned again.
"Okay well your boss is going to be here in three minutes, you need to get to work. Boss will punish you," Mason took the blanket and handed it to Mathew. Mathew went to the back and stuffed it in the trunk.
"Okay I am up," I went to stand up and fell into Mason.
"Hey your going to be okay you just slept for an hour and a half," Mason gave me a small smile.
"I am so sorry for sleeping during your hockey talk," I frowned at him.
"Hey babe, it's okay. We were going into details that would have bored you anyways," I stood up on my own.
"Three hours than done," I yawned and began walking towards the bar.
"Hey Malia," Kristina linked arms with me.
"Hey Kristina," I smiled back at her.
"So we both have the first three hour shifts than someone else has the other three hour shift," Kristina was still smiling.
"I am so tired and you are so happy," I said once we reached the bar.
"Ya well I will tell you everything tomorrow. Wait no I will talk to you on Monday I am not ignoring you. Nick and I just need our time you know?" She asked as the same bartender smiled at me.
"Well you look like your not in your uniform," he spoke up.
"Kristina I got to get to work just like you do, and yes I get it. Mason and I are doing the same thing," I gave her a hug and she rushed over to grab her flags. She was the person who waved the flags for both cars to go.
