After I told my team on what to do to the patient who keeps on whining about his stomache, I felt a hand on my wrist. "Y/N!" He shouted. My eyes widen when I saw who our patient is, shit! I thought.

I look at Lauren and I can see her staring at me. "Y/N Y/LN!" The blonde guy shouted again. He sit up and laughed loudly. I shift my gaze from the green-eyed girl who's striking green eyes is staring at me. "Dude! You're Y/N Y/LN, right? Don't you remember me? I'm Justin Bieber!"

I force a smile and he continues to talk. "You're number one in the whole Pine Crest School!" He yelled. "Don't you recognize me? We used to hang out together when we were in sophomore year! You, Zayn, Shawn and I! The four of us are attached the hip." Justin said.

I'm still in shock at this point. I can't believe that in this kind of situation, where Lauren hates my guts after what I did to her these past few weeks, someone will just fucking blurt out who I really am.

I can feel the tension between Lauren and I, it's so thick that I can even cut it with a knife. Everyone stayed quiet, listening to every word that Justin utters.

"I can't believe that you're back again in Miami. Dude, Zayn and Gigi finally ended up together while Shawn is trying his best to be a successful singer and song writer but he's still single. And while me... I ended up with our former principal, Selena Gomez." I can't keep my eyes off of Lauren. She's looking at me in disbelief. I know what I did was wrong, hiding to her who I really am and acting a total bitch towards her. "We should totally hang out sometimes! Just like the old times!" Justin is acting like he doesn't have any stomach ache anymore. My team, Brad and Lauren are all looking at me while I still haven't said any word to the patient. "When did you come back? I can't believe that you'll be a doctor. Are you the Chief?" My team nodded and Justin's smile on his face is never leaving. "I knew you'd turn to be like this! You're just too stubborn to admit it." He laughed and grab my arm again. "Everyone! This is my best bud! And he is the Chief." The Canadian beamed happily. "I bet you're a great doctor. My stomach doesn't hurt now," After he said that, Justin clutch his stomach and groaned. "It's hurts! My stomach hurts again. Fuck! Do something about it!" Niall went to hold Justin's body.

I take another look at Lauren and I can see her slowly taking a steps towards me.

Niall lay him on his back. "Y/N, my stomach hurts. Fuck! Do something please." He grunt loudly.

My gaze found the floor of the hospital. Now, I don't know what to fucking say to Lauren now. I was so busy at my own thoughts that I didn't even heard the loud thud on the floor. "Leader! Leader Lauren!" I heard Brad shouted and he rushed to Lauren's side.

My eyes widen when I saw Lauren laying on the floor. She passed out. Tori, Niall and Cameron leave Justin's side and run to Lauren's. "Lauren, Lauren. Wake up." Niall said and tap her cheeks lightly.

I sprinted to them and I pick Lauren up. I place my arm behind her neck while the other was behind her knees. I carry her to the nearest hospital bed and gently lay her down. "Please take care of her. Take care of them. I'll be back," I told my team and they all gave me a nod.

"I need some air," I breathed out to myself and exited the ER.

I've been roaming around the hospital then I found myself on the rooftop. Trying to clear my mind. Now that Lauren knows, I don't know how to tell her. I don't want her to know that I left her for twelve years because my mom died and my mom was the one who gave her her eyes. She will be devastated. But she will ask about her, I know she will. Now that she knows I'm Y/N.

I keep on walking back and forth. "I can't do this anymore, I have to see her." I told to myself.

I was about to leave the rooftop and thought about going to Lauren's room so we can talk, but out of nowhere, someone blocked my way.
