I ring the doorbell, shuffling my feet as I patiently wait for Lauren to get out. I asked the blind girl to go out with me this morning and have breakfast together. But we're not going to eat in my home. We're going to eat at Ally's diner, my family used to go there every weekend but when my dad died, I think we stopped going there. I just don't know why. I know she's going to love it there since she likes eating food.
I heard that the former owner of Ally's diner handed the place to their only daughter and they said that she's a little bit older than me. I haven't saw her though, they heard that she's great at baking. Now, I have to go and check out the old diner where we used to eat.
"Hey," I saw her standing in front of me with a smile on her lips. She's wearing black jeans and a band shirt with her hair beautifully resting on her shoulder. She's not wearing any make-up. Jesus, is there any day that Lauren won't take my breath away? Because that shit is impossible.
"Hi, you ready?" She nodded and I take her hand and intertwine my fingers with her. I saw a small figure walking towards us. I smile when I saw who it is, "Hi, Lucy!"
The Latina waved her hand at me and greeted me back. "Hi, Y/N." She turn her head to the girl standing next to me. "Laur!" Lucy wrapped her arms around Lauren and hug her tightly.
"Luce. Hi," The Cuban let go of my hand to reciprocate her bestfriend's hug.
"Where are you guys going?"
"Going to get some breakfast. Wanna come?" I asked Lucy but I'm silently hoping that she would say no. I just want Lauren be with me all morning.
"Nah, I'm good. I was actually came here to check on Lauren, it looks like she's having a breakfast date." Lucy chuckled and I saw Lauren blushed but trust me, I know my face have the same shade like the green-eyed goddess.
I cleread my throat and decided to speak up, "So... Lauren and I will go now." I offered the brunette a warm smile and she gave me an approving nod.
"Have fun, love birds." She went inside Lauren's house. I guess she's going to stay there until we come back. "Laur, call me when you need something. I'll just do some movie marathon in your house." She informed the blind girl and Lauren giggles. "Adiós," Lucy sprinted inside.
"Your bestfriend is something else," I laughed and guided Lauren at the back of my bike and she take a seat on it.
"Yeah. I love her. She's like a sister to me. I actually don't know what would I do without her," Lauren voiced out. She instantly put her arms around my waist as I take a seat.
"Hold on tight." I told her and look back at the beautiful girl. "Ready?"
"Ready," She rest her cheek on my back and have her eyes close. I smiled as we made our way to the Ally's diner.

"I don't know what you prefer eating right now. But from your left to your right, we have pancakes, waffles and omelette." I said as I hold Lauren's hand that's holding a cutlery and guided it to every food I pointed and describe.
"Okay, but I feel like eating all." She announced and my eyes widen.
"Alright then," I chuckled and I take a slice on my waffle.
"Hi," I look up and saw Ally. I knew her name due to her nametag. I'm guessing she's the new owner?
"Hey?" I was so unsure if she's talking to me or what.
"My dad wanted to talk to you," She pointed at her father who's going to approach me.
"Papa H!" I slide off the booth and gave the old man a hug.
