I walk inside the bathroom of my office, I grasp the cold sink and turn on the faucet and let the water keep on running on the palm of my hands. I wash my face and shook my head lightly before glancing up as I stare at my reflection in the mirror. I just finished treating the wound of Lauren on her neck, that the crazy guy caused did to her. And everything that I found out this evening, her being the daughter that Doctor Jauregui has been talking to me for a very long time. It's so overwhelming for me, my first love is my older sister, that shit still hasn't sink in to me.

I still can't believe that she's the Director's daughter, the guy who practically became my second father, the guy who helped my sister and I. She's my older sister that Doctor Mike was talking about.

My mind wander back to the time where Doctor Mike and I were drinking and he told me that I'm like his own daughter. And when he was telling me about the guy that has been around for my older sister.

"Y/N, do you know what my last wish is?" He asked and I shook my head no as I lean back on the couch.

We're in the apartment where he's living here in Boston. And we decided to celebrate the high grades that I got this semester.

"To make a great family for my daughter," The older guy said and he take another sip on his beer. "That's something that I couldn't do for my mija. But her, meeting a good mother-in-law and a bice husband while living whole heartly, that's more than enough." He sighed and he shifts on the couch and face me. "That's the reason why I'm still living, I wanted to witness my daughter being happy on having her own family." He state and I nodded my head.

"So... she's going to marry someone else, soon?" I asked Doctor Mike and bring the lips of the beer in can to mine and chug it. The name and the look of her daughter is still a mystery to me. He haven't show any pictures of his daughter but he's always telling me that he wanted me to be his other child and meet his mija. "There is someone she can marry, right?"

"Yes, there is." He paused for a second before adding, "There is a very dependable guy who has been around and holding on for a very long time." Doctor Mike and chuckled as he stare at me and said, "While enduring all the nasty personality traits, he is going to be a doctor too, and he will be in the neurosurgery department."

He continues to tell me about the guy that my older sister will be marrying, his gaze found his fingers that's grasping the cold can of beer. "Actually, his mother is my colleague, but they won't think less of her because she was raised by me without a mother, right?"

"Nah, they won't." I told him. "I'm sure that you did amazing on raising my older sister all by yourself. They will be lucky to have her as their in-law,"

The older guy smiled and slowly turn his head to me and said, "Hey, Y/N?"

"Yeah?"

He placed his hand on the side of my face and rub the pad of his thumb and said, "From now on, you are Y/N Morgado. You and your sister like my real daughter. I feel like you and Hailee are the kids that God forgot to gave me."

My heart flutters, I can't believe that a guy like him is willing to be my father. He helped me and Hailee so much and I'm so thankful that he came in my sister and I's life.

"But will my older sister like that?" I asked him playfully and he laughed.

"Of course she like it, she will definitely like it." He reassured me and I sighed in relief.

I'm looking forward to see who is his daughter and I wanted to know if she will really like the idea of his father, adopting two girls and will instantly be her siblings.
