Okay... So! This laptop is being rather insufferable right now, and I can't figure out how to freaking use italics and bold. This poem was written 2 days before my birthday, which is on the 27th of June. I was talking with my friend Steven, who I mentioned in one of my very first poems in this set. I had mixed feelings back then, but now I know what I want. I want to be with him. and I know, I know I know I KNOW that this sounds like the most teenaged girl shit there possibly could be, but I do. I know it sounds so cliche, and I know I brought this up a while back. I'm not sorry though. This poetry book gives me a chance to be my rawest self. A chance to be brutally honest with myself and wear my feelings on my sleeve. I'm not giving that up. I'm not sorry. If I've learned anything from my friend , it is not to apologize for having feelings. Everyone does, and I know you guys won't judge me, but I judge myself a lot, and tend to apologize when I don't need to. So that little rant was more for me.
