Jeff walked into the kids room and sat on his bed. Jerry was still intimidated from earlier but, he had let it go somewhat. The boy looked up at his father from where he'd sat and leant forwards.

"Okay, it's time I told you about your uncle Liu."

For the first time in a long while, he felt very nervous and his palms were sweaty. The only person who really knew Liu was Krystal. But then...the accident happened and..Liu was lost for good. He lost him the first time due to his mental health loosening and the whole kidnapping him...but then...he really lost him ...and now, he wasn't going to come back...ever.

"I have an uncle?"

Jerry stared at him in a bit of shock. The news of this sounded familiar, but for some reason, he had no idea why that was.

"Had, kiddo, you had one. He's not here anymore."

Jeff said sombrely as he began to lay in the bed with the child. Jerry, although 15 now, still enjoyed the small embraces his father shared with him...mostly due to the fact that they were seldomly done. But ever since his mother had came back, his father was beginning to show them more often.

"Before you'd even been here, I lived with my brother and my own family. We had a good life after my mother left her abusive husband and moved with her new fella, Peter. You see this scar?"

Jeff lifted his sleeve and showed the boy the faint gash. Jerry lightly brought his fingers over it and frowned.

"My father done that cause I kept whining . I kept saying, I don't wanna do this...I don't wanna do this....then he snapped and ...he dragged his razor over my arm. He said to me...'now you have a reason to cry for.'"

After hearing that, Jerry recoiled and just looked up sadly.

"But my brother, your uncle. He always patched me right up. Didn't matter how busted I'd be...he'd always be able to bind a wound so tight that the blood stopped seeping out. I know..I know if he could meet you ..he'd say. Man, how do you put up with my accident prone big brother. Hah..."

Jeff was trying his hardest not to cry or to get emotional.

"Why is he not here now then?"

Asked Jerry and Jeff just smiled.

"He fell into a portal...and now..well..we can't find him."

This made Jerry feel sad. To know that, he had an uncle somewhere...but he was trapped and couldn't get back to them. The boy crawls over and just hugged into his fathers waist. Jeff hugged him back and took a few breaths.

"But...I know that one day, we'll find him and when we do...we'll all be one big family."

The killer grinned as he lightly kissed the boys forehead.

"Now, papa is going to make things right with mama. Then, we're moving and...this time...I promise you. I won't hunt at home. I'll let you be a teenager and...I won't shout as much, it'll be a new start. Okay, Jerry "

Jerry nodded happily and grinned.

"Deal."
