After my morning walk with Rico, I came back ho... to Kathleen's house. Of course Trevor and Kathleen were standing in the kitchen fighting. They always fight now. It ain't my damn fault though. Kathleen's dumb ass should've kept her fucking mouth shut if she didn't want me to speak my mind about the situation. The only one who she can really be mad at is the one who cheated on her husband. Through one of their many arguing sessions, I discovered that they've been married for twenty plus years. Their whole dilemma just sounds fucked up and dumb to me.
I was about to go upstairs, but I noticed Tiffany sitting in the living room crying. I could just ignore her and go take a shower, but I can spare a few minutes. She looks so sad, and I'm pretty sure I already know why she's so upset.
"Hey Tiffany." I sat on the sofa next to her. "What's wrong?"
"I'm Taylor!" She covered her face and cried more. I keep getting them mixed up for some reason. I don't know why. Tiffany has Trevor's complexion while Taylor is a mix. She also has very pretty, big brown eyes. I should use her eyes to remember which one she is.
"My bad Taylor. But what's wrong?" I moved her tiny hands from her face. "Talk to me."
"Mommy and daddy keep fighting. They sad."
Taylor needs to learn her emotions. I think they are more mad than anything. At least Trevor should be. Kathleen should feel guilty for being such a bitch. It's her fault that all of this drama is going on.
"Sweetie, they just have problems that they are trying to work out."
"Yeah, yeah but, but they say that they love each other. They 'spose be happy."
"I'm not sure that there's a such thing as always being happy with someone sweetie. I'm sure you've argued with Katherine and Tiffany before."
I don't know about Tiffany, but I'm sure she's had problem's with Katherine's ass. Who knows her and hasn't?
Taylor nodded her head. She used her shirt to wipe tears from her face.
"It is okay to not agree on everything. There's not a such thing as two people agreeing on everything. I'm sure they will be able to make up and be happy again."
"Do you promise that they will be happy with each other again?!"
That's a promise I can't make. I'd probably be able to give her a better guess once the DNA results are in our possession. Since we haven't even took the tests yet, they'll be arguing for at least another week or two.
"Hopefully they will. But let's not worry about that right now sweetheart. How about we watch a little tv to take our minds off of it?"
"Ooo Ooo. But. Can we watch tv in your room? And can we play dollies while we watch tv? In your room?"
This really wasn't what I had in mind for my Sunday morning, but oh well. I can't say no to those pretty brown eyes and that pretty smile. This would be a chance for me to positively bond with one of my sisters. Why not?
"Okay. You go get your dolls and I'll wait for you in my room."
We both went upstairs. The first thing I did when I got into my room was sit on my bed and check my phone. I don't know why but I just felt the need to.
