The sky is a mixture of dark blues, purples, pinks, and blacks. I see that the beach is by when he drives up a hill.
"Be careful, the hill drops off." Cameron says unbuckling his seat belt.
He then gets out the car then walks at the end if the hill.
"What are we doing here?" I ask following behind him.
He shrugs as he puts his hands in his pockets and looks out at the beach of people and waves. “I don't know, you were quite in the car, and I came here once and it was cool... I guess."
"Oh yeah." I nod. “Very cool."
He chuckles at my mocking. “Shut up dork."
I smile and look out to the scene myself. The hill really isn't that far down, I could jump off it without dying, or injuring myself, but I bet it would hurt. The waves are quite, slow, and not very big at all. Seagulls fly around and family and friends are seen every then again.
"So things aren't going to be weird with us anymore?" Cameron finally ask.
"What?" I ask looking at him.
"C'mon you know what in talking about."
"Yeah, I guess not. I mean if we make it weird it will be." I lick my lips.
"Yeah, I guess." He nods looking out at the beach again. “But do you ever wondered what it would've been like the other way around? I mean, I'm not asking you to."
"Well, I don't have much choice but to now, we're talking about it." I smile.
"Yeah sorry." He smiles back.
"I don't know, how do you think it would be?" I say pondering over the idea.
"I, I-" He shrugs. “I think it would be best unsaid."
"Okay then." I agree.
"... so, you want to go walk?"
"Yeah sure."

When I get home, I learn that Hayes just woke Nash up to get dinner. I go into our room to find him just now putting his shirt on and his pants already on.
"Where did you go?" He says curiously, yet casually.
Fear washes over me as I remove the hair from my face with my hand.
"I went to hang out with Cam."
"Where did you go?"
I can't tell if he's mad or not.
"Beach."
Wow that sounds bad.
"Cool." He simply says. “You have fun?"
"Um, yeah." I nod.
"Good." He says before kissing my forehead and exiting the room.
I stand alone for a moment and review what just happened. I don't know why I was so worried about what Nash would do. I guess when it comes to Nash, I always expected the worst.

Dinner is good but Nash is quite, unlike any other night and everyone else at the table.
"Wow, Bub, you don't even look sick." Brenna says looking at him amused.
"Yeah well I'm starting to feel better." He say taking a bite of his salad but not looking up.
"What kind of medicine did you get him?" Brenna ask me.
