I burst into my room wiping away a tear. Nash raises his head up from the bed as if he were a little irritated, but then he saw my face.

"Oh sorry." I say opening the door trying to erase the sad image I had.

"What's wrong?" He ask.

"Oh nothing." I say nonchalantly.

"Don't lie to me." He demands as he lifts up from the bed.

"Nothing, Nash! Damn!" I say exiting.

He quickly comes after me. He grabs my side's and turns me towards him.

"You can be as angry with me as you want, tell me what's bothering you."

"Um. It's stupid, really." I force a smile looking at the ground.

"Tell me." He says quietly.

"I, uh, I don't think Brent wants to be my friend anymore." I start to cry and cover my face.

"Well that is kind of stupid honey." He say friendly. "You live together he couldn't resist but to be your friend, he's basically your brother."

I shake my head. Nash only focus on something that he wants or something that has motive behind it. He doesn't realize how quiet Brent was at one point. Honestly, I don't even think that was healthy.

"I don't think so, Nash." I tell him.

He pulls me in a hug. "Why don't you come and cuddle with me in bed?" He suggests.

I agree but then I fall asleep.

I wake from my slumber. I stretch and feel no warmth near me. I turn my head. Nash isn't there but Brent sits at the edge of the bed.

"Hi." He says with a small wave.

"If you're here to say some meaningless apology, I don't want it. You were honest enough with me." I tell him.

"No, Babe. I wasn't honest, I was mad. I'm sorry if I hurt your feelings."

"Well you did. But I would forgive you regardless, you are my best friend."

"That's exactly what I am, and I plan to keep it that way." He confirms. "Nash left, if you were wondering."

I was wondering actually, but after the conversation I had with Brent earlier, I think I should focus on more time with him versus Nash. But this time, Brent brought him up, not me.

 "Oh, where to?" I ask.

"I don't know. We kinda got into an argument, and then he left, like he always does." Hayes shrugs.

I'm not sure if I'm happy Nash leaves every time he gets angry. I feel like he's running away from his problems, and comes back like everything is okay. On the bright side Nash isn't loosing his temper as much anymore.

"Hey, I'm going to go hang out with Jenny." Brent says bringing me out of my thoughts. "I want to hang out with her as much possible until she leaves."

"Oh, yeah." I nod.

He smiles before standing to his feet. His white shirt matches the white snap back on his head.

I go to the fridge and grab the first water bottle I see.

 "Boo." Shawn says poking me.

It wasn't much a scare. He spoke quietly anyways.

I smile and shut the fridge.

 "You alright?" He ask.

"Yeah" How did he know something was bothering me? "Why wouldn't I be?"

 "You get this look."

I look at him oddly. I have a look?

"Your eyes, get all like... googly, and your breaths are normal but noticeable." He walks further into the kitchen and grabs himself a cup. "I notice more than you think I do Babe."

I guess he does notice a little more. I wouldn't have ever thought he payed attention to stuff like that. Then again, he was the boy who was being nice to me in the ally after he and his family just killed a guy.

He smiles at me. "What's wrong Babe? Haven't you talked to Brent, he isn't angry with you anymore."

"I know, I know that. Its just that-... Has Nash ever told you where he goes, like when he gets angry."

"Um, no." He sighs. "He used to do that before you came around too. I guess he just decided to do it again." He informs me. "Im sure he just goes for a drive." He fills his glass with Sunny D. "Have you asked him about it?"

 "Yeah." I answer.

"What he say?" He takes a sip.

"No where. He says he goes no where."

"Well I'm sure he's fine Babe." He comforts. "He couldn't be too far, he would never be able to bear without you." He pats my back and exits.

I lay in my pjs on the laptop as Nash walks into the room.

"Hi." I greet.

"Hi." He plainly answers taking off his shirt.

"Where did you go?" I ask.

"No where." He shrugs taking off his pants.

 I sigh.

 "You okay?" He ask.

"Fine." I answer forcing a smile.

He comes and pulls himself closer to me under the covers. He kisses my cheek, then slowly closes the laptop signalling he's ready for bed.

I sit the laptop on the floor and turn out the light and turn my back, as he curls up around me in our usual position.

"Did Brent ever make up with you?" he whispers.

"Yes, did he make up with you?"

"I'll worry about it in the morning. I'm happy things worked out for you guys"

I find his hand and kiss his knuckles.

 "I love you baby, goodnight."

 "Goodnight."
