Hermione's P.O.V

Once Draco and I had calmed down, Draco stood up and pulled me with him. I stumbled a bit when I was on my feet.

"I want to show you something," he stated, pulling me close to him.

"Okay."

He drew his wand and apparated with me in his arms.

When we made it to the place, we were still in the woods. Draco let go of me and knelt in front of a stone. He made a small scratch appear on his palm. He let the blood drip onto the stone.

"Draco!" I gasped. "Why did you - "

"There it's healed," he waved me off. "Wait a second for the place to show up."

Just when I began to think he'd gone crazy, Draco pulled me forward and entered the secret place.

My jaw dropped.

Every kind of flower you could ever imagine was here. Lilys, petunias, lavender, pansys, you name it. The garden had a small Creek going through the it, which had a few willow trees along the banks. The grass was perfectly green and look soft. There was a tree house on the other side of the garden.

"It's - it's beautiful," I stuttered, still looking at the amazing view.

"I made it myself. It took years to make it perfect."

I grabbed his hand and started to explore.

Draco's P.O.V (later)

Hermione and I were laying by the creek. Her head was on my shoulder, my hands on her waist. I was pretty sure she was asleep.

I looked up at the stars. They looked the same as always. I quickly found all the constellations I knew.

I let my thoughts wonder.

I haven't been with Hermione long, but she's changed my life completely. I remember how Mother used to beg me to leave my room. Admitably, I still don't leave my room often, but at least I'm not by myself. The only times I really left was to get food or to go to the bar. I brought chicks home every week or so.

But with Hermione, everything's different. I can't sleep well at all when she's not with me. I haven't drank nearly as much as I used to.

Hermione shivered next to me, snapping me from my thoughts. She was shivering, but her snore started too. I slowly shifted and lifted her up.

I carried her to the tree house and apparated inside. I loved the inside. It was like a log cabin, but in a tree.

I gently set Hermione down on the velvet bed as I lit a few candles. I pulled her shoes off her feet before discarding my own. I moved her under the covers as carefully as I could. She curled up to me when I moved next to her.

Her purr quickly pulled me into blackness.

Hermione's P.O.V

"It's funny. You actually thought you could run," he grinned, shoving me into the familular green room.

Dread rose up in my stomach. I tried to run back out the door, but he grabbed me by the waist and threw me on the bed. He locked the door with a charm.

"You can't escape me," he stated, pinning me down.

He grabbed a pair of handcuffs from his back pocket. My left wrist was stuck to the first post. He made the cuff so tight it was bruising.

"R - Ron please," I sobbed as my right arm was stuck next. "Please don't do this."

My legs were stuck now. It was over, I couldn't fight. He began to unbuckle his belt.

I shot up on the bed. My heart was pounding as my body trembled. I couldn't stop the panic attack before it took over.

I felt a pair of hands on my shoulders. It only made it worse. I couldn't breathe or see at all.

"Draco," I croaked, only able to get that out.

"I'm right here, Hermione," he stated, running his hands down my back. "It was only a nightmare. You're safe."

I buried my face in his neck as I sobbed.

I wasn't sure how long it was before I could talk to him better. I only knew it was at least a half hour.

"C - can you heal the b - bruises?" I whispered.

"Where at?" He asked, grabbing his wand off the side table.

I held out my wrists, where dark purple marks formed. He healed my ankles too. He even healed the few I got on my stomach.

I could see the realisation form on his face. He knew that there was only a few different things that would cause bruises on my wrists and ankles. I knew he knew what I dreamed about. Even when Ron tortured me, the panic attacks weren't that bad.

"Oh, Hermione," his voice cracked at the end.

He gently pulled me to him. I knew he was really upset. Judging by the grip he had on the back of my shirt, he could kill Ron right about now.

"That will never happen again, I promise. I won't let it happen again," he whispered, holding me tightly to him. "You're safe with me."

I nodded against his neck.

"I love you so much, Hermione."

"I love you, Draco."

"Ready to go home?" Draco asked after I put my shoes on.

"I guess so," I nodded.

He went to the cupboard and grabbed a can of oranges. He used a can opener and grabbed a fork.

"Breakfast first," he stated.

He plopped down on the bed next to me and ate an orange slice. He then held one in front of my mouth. I bit it off the fork. He grinned at me.

We ate like that for a while. He made me eat most of the oranges in the end, but I wouldn't have noticed as I was too busy watching the smile on Draco's face.
