Draco's P.O.V

"She - she tried to kill herself," I managed to choke out.

Theo lifted Hermione out of my arms and laid her on the bed. Hermione was shivering now, her breathing was hard, and she was much paler than usual.

"How did she do it?" Theo rushed, checking her pulse.

"She tried to d - drown herself in the tub," I stated, trying to think.

He quickly started to prepare a few syringes.

"Why isn't she doing anything?" I demanded.

"She's in shock," he replied quickly.

I stayed out of the way while he helped her. As much as I hated to think about it, she did try to kill herself. I instantly started blaming myself. If I hadn't scared he so much this wouldn't have happened.

Theo gave her a few different potions. I could tell one was a sleeping drought because of its color. He injected her with the potions he needed her to take.

Her body relaxed after a few seconds and her eyes closed.

"Is she okay?" I asked quietly.

"Yeah, there's nothing wrong with her. I was a bit worried she might get brain damage or something, but she's good," he nodded.

I sighed in relief.

"Why did she do that?" He asked me.

"I - I don't know."

"Can I look into her mind?"

"It's not me you should ask," I stated.

"She's not on her right mind right now. I think it should be up to you. Don't you think something could be seriously wrong that she's hiding? It's safety over comfort. So I repeat, Draco, can I look into her mind?"

I hesitated a bit before nodding. He quickly searched through her thoughts. He looked almost afraid when he stopped.

"What was it?" I questioned.

"See for yourself."

I did. Ronald was still in her head. He was still hurting her.

"I - "

Theo bounded over to the bookshelf.

"I've been studying nightmares and such to try and figure out what spell was placed on her. I haven't figured it out yet, but I came across this book that might help you with her," he stated, pulling a thick book from the shelf.

He handed it to me. I looked at it.

"It was made for people who work in the permanent ward of St Mungos. They specialize in helping tramatized people," Theo explained. "If you can follow this book, she'll be better in no time."

"Thank you. Thank you so much."

I hugged him. It wasn't something I usually do, but I couldn't help it.

"I owe you one," I stated, releasing him.

"Let's just call it even," he corrected.

I nodded.

"Is it safe to take her home?" I asked hesitantly.

"She's fine, Draco."

I gently picked her soaked body up into my arms.

"Make sure she rests some. Don't be surprised is she gets a few headaches or if she coughs a lot. Her lungs will probably burn from the water," Theo told me.
