Several months later | like December or some shite

my hair blows in the cold wind as i walk towards the other side of the street. i pull my hair back into a tight ponytail before entering inside the warm cafe. my eyes search the tables before they fall onto my family and three friends.

"hey," i say and hug each of them. "i'm happy i can finally see you guys."

"you've been away in europe too long."

"yeah," i say and hug daisie tightly, "i'm happy to be back with you guys."

my smile soon fades from my face as i look at the notification that pops up on my phone screen. my finger slides across the screen as it opens the tweet.

i let out a sigh, lock my phone, and slide it into the car seat next to me. i speed up a little before stopping at the stop sign. when the car finally stops in front of the house, i get out, lock the car, and enter the house.

i let the door slam behind me before walking to the couch and falling down onto it. i close my eyes before any tears fall from them as i lay my head down on the pillow, and before i know it i'm falling asleep.

tbh I have a plan for this shite. I'll update in like ten minutes. 7/14/17
