Since Morning I have been very excited and nervous cause she was coming. You would be thinking why am I Excited and Nervous actually the reason is:
1. She is my mate that is the reason I'm excited as she will be close to me now.
2. She is in a very furious mood as Admond told me that's why I'm nervous.
I really need some help in this girl issue, then it clicked.
Me: "Lexi help me" I mind linked her
Lexi: "What?"
Me: "I need your help in this situation"
Lexi: "OMG, at last my Alpha need my help" laughing through mind link.
Me: "Lexi" I said in a little hard tone
Lexi: "OK OK fine, tell me what happened?"
Me: "she is coming and is a little pissed, so please help me"
Lexi: "who are you referring to? Who is "she"?"
Should I tell her or not, I mean yes she is my friend but I don't know how she will react, I mean if she doesn't approve her.
Me: "Ms Evaline is coming and is pissed so I don't want her to come to me make me piss off so handle her at your level"
Lexi: "OK I'll do it but you owe me this one so better be ready to pay me for this"
Me: "just do it"
O god what did I do I shouldn't have said that, god now I won't be able to see her as Lexi will do her best to keep her away from me.
God I have seen so many women in angry mode but it never affected me but this lady (My Mate) here is not only affecting me but also making me feel guilty for my mistakes I have done.
Please Moongoddess Help me and Save Me.
Evy POV
I will do everything to make him realise for his mistakes. I will make him beg for my forgiveness. I entered his office with an angry face so that he knows what he has done but to my surprise I was greeted by his receptionist which made frowned but I masked it with a cough cause I don't want to misbehave with Lexi cause she has nothing to with all the things which happened with me. Lexi took me to different departments so that I get myself introduced to them as well as know them so when times come I know whom to be approached. Then she took me to a room not big but enough for an office but second surprise it was my office when I saw the name plate kept on the table in front of me so I turned around towards Lexi and asked
Me: "Lexi there was no need for all this I can work in a small cabin also"
Lexi: "it would be my pleasure to let you sit with me but Mr. Summers told me to setup all this as per your liking but I didn't know about your likes and dislikes so I did according to me. I hooooooppee you like it, there is no problem if you want anything to changeeeeee"
To say I was surprised would be wrong actually I was shocked and had goosebumps cause no one has done such things for me except my friends
Me: "No, I means its great Lexi actually beautiful. Thank you" I moved towards her to hug her but stopped cause I didn't know what she will think so i said "can I give you a thank you hug"
Lexi: "you don't have to ask for my permission dear and your welcome. You are the first one to hug me in this company no one has given me such gesture for my work accept Xander"
Xander who is he but I ignored cause she hugged me and she squeezed me, I mean she hold me a little tighter that made me loose me my breath but didn't say anything cause she was my first friend in this damn company and I don't want to loose her on such a small issue. We parted then she handed me the files of the project in which I just have to supervise and direct the subordinate rest will be done by Admond and Mr. Summers. This name itself irritates me but at the same time this name makes me calm I don't know why, forget it it's out f my syllabus. I started my work with same zeal and hard work cause I don't want Mr. Summers (not the sarcasm) to comment Admond cause of me and well technically I wanted to make Mr. Summers proud of his choice as selecting me for the head position, (god what am I thinking, why would I want him to be proud of me when he is the reason of my unhappiness, because you like him my inner voice taunt me and yes I talk to myself people call me crazy but its true I have this voice which guides me when I'm in need).
It was the end of the day and no sign of (Mr. Hellman) but I don't mind cause it made my day and I left my office only to meet Lexi then we went towards the elevator that was the moment I saw Mr. Summers coming out of his office and our eyes met each other and for the first time since morning my heart rate increased just by looking at him. Even at the end of the day he was so fresh, fresh as morning. The ding sound of the lift told me that I should head back to my reality world so I stepped in the lift without looking anywhere else and soon reached home. My mom greeted me ,we talked about the day then parted our ways as I was really exhausted as I reached my bed god knows when the darkness took over me, I slept with the thought of taking revenge on Mr. Summers hell I don't even know his first name.
