Impossible Borned

Chapter 8.

Xander POV

The moment I placed her gently in this unknown's car Caleb came out running and before I could say anything he shouted "Admond" and hugged him in his friendly hug like he's meeting after a long time with him which made me confuse cause as far as I know Caleb doesn't have much friends but I kept waiting till they finish so that I can bombard them with my questions.

Caleb turned towards me and saw the suspicion in my eyes so he said that "His name is Admond Hugh, he is my father's friend son we met a long time back" which made me settled a little but then second curiosity rose inside my head so I asked Admond "how do you know about werewolves?" to which he answered his father told him and not to tell anybody else and he also talked to Caleb about it.

So I gave him an excruciating glare and said "Nothing should happen to her and if something comes up call me instantly without any delay." To which he nodded and smiled at me and went in his car and drove to her house but before he went to his car I asked him about her name, to which he replied "Evaline Winters".

When he was out of our view I felt somebody eyes on me and I knew who was it so without turning I told Caleb through mind link "She is your LUNA" and after a fractions of seconds Caleb jumped on me, strangled me to the ground and started kissing my head and laughing thanking me and congratulating me. I have never seen him so much happy after his parents' death, yes they died in a rouge attack few years ago, so I didn't stop him from what he was doing and secondly I liked it because he did all this in front of me only. When he was done he laid next to me and said "now I will get a sister whom I'll protect with my life" I turned towards him and saw the commitment in his eyes which made me feel proud of him but it soon converted in to concern when I said "It'll be our secret to keep as it should not be revealed now" so he asked "WHY" and I replied "because of following two reasons:"

"firstly I don't know her and she doesn't know about us of who we are. Secondly I want to check whether she is capable of becoming a Luna or not" well second was a lie cause today I saw that she was more than capable of becoming one because even when she was at her weakest point she had that feisty nature of her which can make her opponent think twice. "How do you feel Caleb when now you know that she is a human and not a wolf?"

Caleb POV

When he asked me that question without any further thoughts and consideration I answered him "I don't care about it whether she is human or wolf the thing which matter to me is that she is a nice person at heart.". Xander raised his eye brows and said "how do you know that she is nice at heart because as far as I know you jet saw her face that's it" I gave him a smirk and said "cause she had you wrapped around her little finger and a girl who made you behave like that is a special one isn't she?" after hearing my answer he was literally smiling like ear to ear smile and that to a genuine one, cause he knew I was right.
