I was speechless when I looked up at the man in front of me, he looked oddly familiar to me but, I don't know where I've seen him.
"Who are you?" I asked as the man took a seat in the chair in front of me.
"I believe we met," the man said, "do you remember the police station?"

I thought for a few moments, the police station?
Why was he at the police station?
"Yeah, I-I might know you from somewhere," I stammered out.
"Wow," the man smirked, "you really did lose your memory and I thought Joe was lying this whole time."

Joe? Who's Joe? "Who are you talking about sir?"
"Joe, my brother," the man leaned forward in his chair, "you don't remember anything, don't you girl?"
I shook my head.
"Well, then," the man stood up from his chair, oh thank gosh his leaving. "I'll be back in a minute and please don't run away again, my legs are already tired."

All I could do was nod.

A few seconds later the man was gone.
And so I waited, I swore that man looked so familiar to me but, I didn't know why he was at the police station with me there?

And his brother? Oh gosh his brother!

All I could remember out of him was that massive body of his. I smiled at the thought of him holding me in his muscled arms.

But, I couldn't remember his name, what is his freaking name?

I was about to scream to the top of my lungs in frustration, until I heard the sound of voices coming from down the hallway that man just walked through.
I stood up from my chair as the same man walked into the dining room with another man following him.

"Hello again Tranessa," the other man spoke first, h-how does he know my name?
"Tranessa," the first man said with a huge grin on his face, "so that was her name after all."

"Who are you?" I asked again.
The both men looked at each other, "see Jack, I told she lost her memory."
"And guess who's fault that was."

I am so lost right now, I don't know these guys and they are already fighting over me, I have to get out of here before I really get myself into this mess.

"I told you that this was a stupid idea of us bringing her here," the other man growled as he slapped his fists on to the table, "why do I even listen to you Jack?"
"Because you don't listen," the first man snapped suddenly, "at least it was a good idea Joe."
Joe? That was Joe arguing with the first man? And the first man was named Jack?
But, I don't understand none of this.
"Well? What if father finds out about this?"

"He won't know."

Joe stooped while his hands clenched his hair, he growled and stormed out of the dining room.

"What just happened?" I asked as Jack turned around to face me.
"Sorry about that," he gave me an apologetic look, "he goes completely nuts sometimes."
He walked over and stood right beside me, he looked down at the napkin that I wrote on.
"ColdPlay?" He smirked, "A Sky Full Of Stars?"
He glanced up at me as his face went completely blank.
I coughed up a nervous laugh, "I was just-" I swallowed hard but, somehow, Jack knew what I was thinking.
"Did your boyfriend sing this unknown song to you?"

Unknown song? He called this an unknown song? This was the song my ex-boyfriend used to sing to me every night before I went to bed.
How could he say something like that? Unknown song? My heart is started to hurt more then it did.
Sense he had been in my time period, I'm sure he heard it at least once.

"Have you even heard this song?" I asked, carefully.
Jack shook his head, "No but, it sounds like a pretty good song."
I started to chew on my bottom lip.
"It is," I told him, "it's really good."
"I bet it is," Jack replied as a huge grin stretched across his thin lips.
I was starting to blush and I didn't know why I was blushing, I mean, not that I don't like him or anything but, he's kind've cute.

"Can I listen to the song?" Jack begged, "I want to hear it myself."
"What?" I gasped, "I-I can't sing worth a crap."
"Well?" Jack frowned, "can you write it down?"
"Why?"
"I would like sing alone once I hear the song."

That makes sense.

And so I started writing down the song on the same napkin I wrote on, Jack watched me in awe, "I didn't know girls could write so fast."
"It's a gift," I said as I slid the napkin over to him, "there's your song sir, anything else?"
Jack shook his head as he read the song over. "This sounds pretty good," he looked up at me.
"Yeah but, I think One Republic takes the cake for most good songs."
"One Republic?" Jack's lips made a tight, thin line, "who are they?"

"They are just like ColdPlay but, better," I told him, "I've heard this song from them called I Lived and oh my gosh, it was the most beautiful song I have ever listened to."
"What's it about?"
"The singers son," I replied as a huge smile stretched across my lips, "my sister showed me pictures of him sense she is a true One Republic fan, his son was the most cutest thing I've ever seen."

Jack nodded his head, I was about to tell him about Brielle until a males voice filled the room and from the sound of it, he was ticked off at something.

"Jack Kennedy!" It looked like it was coming from the living room. Jack shot up to his feet and I did the same thing as well.
"It's my father," he told me calmly, "would you like to meet him?"
