"Tranessa," I woke up to see Dylan laying next to me in the bed that we slept in.
His beautiful blue eyes were still tired from yesterday's football practice.
I sat up and smiled at him as I got out of bed, "Tranessa? Were are you going?" He always asked every time I climbed out of bed.
"I'm not going anywhere," I said to him, "I'm just going to see if you're mother is making breakfast for us."
Dylan nodded once as he got out of bed, he'll always grab a dirty shirt off his dresser and he will put it on.
"Wait up," he said, "I'm going with you."
"I'm waiting," I laughed because every time he will put his head in the wrong hole of his shirt.
"Hold your horses Tranessa."

I woke up to someone gently shaking me awake, I smiled just to see if it was Dylan but it wasn't, it was Rosemary.
"Tranessa," she said quietly, "it's time."
I sat up to see Jack standing in the middle of the living room with no shirt on his body.
What was going on? What's about to happen?
I looked out of the window by the door and it was a full moon, the light was illuminating Jacks entire body.
I swallowed hard as fear ran up my body as if I was just strucked by lightning during a bad thunder storm.
"Watch," Rosemary whispered to me, "just watch Tranessa."
"W-what's going on?"
"Just watch."
I nodded my head and looked forward.

Jack looked out of the window and to the full moon above, and then, he collapsed to the floor holding his stomach and kicking around, I shot up to my feet and was about to run over to him just to see what was wrong with him but, Rosemary grabbed my arm and sat me back down on the sofa before I could do anything.

My heart raced inside my chest, this can't be real because what I'm seeing now, Jacks' skin was ripping off of his body and I heard the sickening sounds of his bones cracking inside of him.
I shot a scared look over to Rosemary, she looked like she wasn't scared at all, how in the freak was she not worried or sickened by the sounds of Jacks' now broken body?
Jack howled in pain as I saw claws formed at the fingertips and more disgusting sounds of his bones cracking.
I wanted to scream so bad but, I couldn't.

"W-what's happening?" I squealed, "what the heck?"
"Don't freak out," Rosemary placed both of her hands on my shoulders, "after you see this, you will understand what we are."
"But your mortal," my breathing became hollow.
Rosemary nodded her head, "I know."

All of a sudden, I heard the sound of growling, I froze as a clawed hand clapped itself on to my shoulder, my heart suddenly sunk into my stomach and all of the color was drained away from my face.

I slowly turned my head to my left to see a dark looking thing staring down at me with these yellowish glowing eyes, I suddenly felt sick to my stomach.

It still had Jacks' features but, it looked so freaking weird.
It literally looked like a dark cloud with lightning shooting out of him, I have never ever seen such a thing in my entire life.

What the heck is this thing?

"What-the-freak is that?" I breathed as the thing started to sniff my hair, it growled as it pulled away from me.
"At least he knows who you are," Rosemary smiled.
"What is that?" I asked as my lungs tightened, "what did he change into?"
Rosemary didn't say anything, she just got up from the sofa and walked up the stairs.
Well that was just great, she left me here all along with this unidentified creature that I don't even know about.

I looked up as it stared at me as if It didn't know what I was and I felt the same way because I didn't know what he was either.
"Uh...hi," I said quietly as it bends over and sniffs me again.

What are you?

He pulls away from me and walks over to the fireplace, I stood up to my feet as I watched his movements.
"What are you doing?" I asked him, "there is no fire and it's not that cold in here."
His glowing eyes flicked over a shoulder to me, I took a step forward as he took his eyes off of me and was now focused on the unlit fireplace.
"What are you doing Jack?" I asked again but, he didn't answer.

I looked at his dark, cloudy hands as a few bolts of lightning shot out of his fingers and then, he held out an arm which was aimed at the wood as a huge bolt flew out of his hand and a second later, the wood in the fireplace burst into flames.
I mouth dropped as I gave him a stunned look on my face, did he just ignite a fire with a freaking lightning bolt?

Sense when did Percy Jackson get into this?

Jack turned around fully to me as my body suddenly hit the ground.
