I was bleeding heavily, and I felt light headed. I closed my eyes and my grip loosened up on Danny's fur.

He whined for me to stay awake. Danny howled as he entered a field.

I stained the right part of his fur with my blood. Danny let Jax through. He wasn't trusted, so he was watched over by other wolves.

Danny lied me down on some short, yet cool grass. Some people gathered around me.

Danny was back in his human form and explained everything that happened.

Jax was staring at me as my blood stained my arm. I heard the trickling of water around us, and I realized I was next to a stream.

Danny put my head into his lap to make me feel comfortable.

They even had regular hospital supplied around me. I even felt an I.V. go into my arm. A needle went into my arm and I felt tired.

My eyes were closed, and I was about to fall asleep.

Danny leaned in and planted a very soft kiss on my lips, and he put his forehead with mine.

I fell asleep after that.

I woke up against Jax. We were sitting up, because we leaned against Danny. His head was in my lap, and my I.V. was gone. Jax had his arm around me, and Danny held us both in a tight grip.

I lifted my hand and I put my hand on the top of his head. I scratched behind his ear.

We were watched closely because of Jax. It was almost sunrise, and Jax got up.

"I gotta go," he said, "I don't wanna burn this morning."

I hugged him goodbye, and turned back into a bat. He flew away.

I think I'm falling in love with a dog.

"Danny," I said weakly as I leaned against his neck. He put his head on my back tightly and I held onto him as best as I could since I was weak.

He went back down to human form and he wrapped his arms around me.

"Hi," I said.

"Hi," he said.

He let me go, and I kissed his cheek. "Thank you," I said.

He turned my back to me, and I jumped onto his back. He turned back into a wolf. He ran me back home.

He went back to human and he carried me inside. He was his in the back of the head with a wooden basket we had. Danny fell onto his knees and he lied me down as he gripped the back of his head in pain.

"God," Danny said holding the back of his head in pain, "what the hell!"

"Danny," Pipsqueak said, "I'm so sorry."

"It's okay," Danny said as he picked me back up, "I found her."

He held me in his arms as he lifted me up. I smiled weakly at Pipsqueak.

"Halo," she said happily. Danny sat me down on the couch. She hugged me.

"Hey Pip," I said weakly.

Danny sat next to me and put his arm around me. "She's tired. We gave her heavy pain killers."

Pip held onto me. "Mom," she yelled, "dad! Come here!"

They ran out and saw me. "Hi," I said weakly, "they found me in time."

They ran up to me and hugged me. "Our baby," my mother said as they cried.

"I took her to personal paramedics that know how to deal with vampire bites. We gave her heavy medications, so she is very tired. If it's alright with you, I'd like to stay here at night to guard her since somebody knows where she lives."
