All I could dream about was the battle. The blood. The falling wolves. The death.

I jumped right after the sun decided to rise. I breathed heavily as I sat up.

Danny was still sleeping.

I felt exhausted. I didn't want to wake Danny. I always felt bad the next morning after I was being an ass. I just got up and walked to the couch. I lied down out there and I breathed heavily. I closed my eyes and I was drifting off.

I fell asleep until an hour later.

I was softly shaken awake.

"Hey," Danny said, "Halo. Wake up."

I moaned and sat up. I looked at him sadly.

"What are you doing out here," he asked.

"Nightmare," I said sadly.

"Why didn't you wake me up?"

I didn't know how to respond to that question. I shrugged my shoulders. "I was an ass last night and I didn't know what to say. I thought I'd just let you sleep and I would come out here so I don't bother you like I did last night."

Danny looked at me with sad eyes and I had to look away from them. He pinched my chin and made me look at him.

"I'm sorry," I said softly.

Danny pulled my lips into his and he kissed me. I pulled away.

"I'm sorry," I said again, "I don't want to hurt you."

Danny smirked. "There's one way where you can make it up to me," he said.

I grinned and I put my lips with his again.

He put his arms around me and he picked me up.

He pulled his lips away from mine and he pulled me back into his bedroom. He closed the door and he pulled the shades on the window and he turned on a dim light.

I crawled under the blankets and he joined me.

I started getting nervous again.

"Danny," I said nervously.

"It's okay," he said, "I know you're scared, but it'll be fine."

"Okay," I said.

He crawled on top of me as the blanket covered us both from mid-back down.

My legs wrapped around his waist and I smiled. His lips went back to mine.

When my eyes opened slightly, his shirt was gone.

My arms wrapped around him and his hands found my shirt. He un-buttoned it and I sat up. He slipped it off of me.

His lips went down my my neck and I breathed nervously.

"Danny," I said nervously.

"It's alright," he said.

His hands went to my legs, then he tugged them off of him. He tugged down my sweats.

His lips were back to mine.

Everything started, and then ended so quickly.

Once everything was over, Danny and I lied side by side next to one another.

Only our undergarments were on now.

My arms wrapped around Danny and my lips had a grin on them.

I knew Danny didn't want kids so soon, so he used...what every couple uses to keep a baby from coming.

Danny smiled at me and kissed me again.

I felt tired and I closed my eyes.

Danny kissed my forehead and both of us fell asleep.

I woke up to the knock on the door.

I pulled the blankets over both of our shoulders as my mother came in.

Danny moaned and so did I.

"Hi," I said to her.

"You're alive," she said with a smile.

"The prophecy said I would win," I said.

She kissed my forehead and hugged me.

My eyes widened and she lied me back down.

She pulled down the blankets slightly, then Danny put his arm around me. We looked at her with guilty looks.

"You guys better have used-" she started.

"We did, Mrs. Charter," Danny said, "I don't want to be a father quite yet."

"I don't want to go through that hell yet either," I said.

My mother smiled. "Well," she said, "if you guys want breakfast, come and get it."

I grinned when she left.

Danny went into a bag. I don't remember when he brought it.

He grabbed a black tank top and wore wore tattered jeans. He reminded me of the boy last night, but he's my Danny.

I got into a black Edward Scissor-hands t-shirt, and black jeans. I still had my Gothic life, but I just lost the black lipstick and make-up.

I put on my combat boots, and Danny put on some white sneakers.

We ran out into the dinning room and we saw hash-browns, eggs, toast, and bacon.

I got plates for both of us and Danny grabbed some bacon. I grabbed some too. One does simply not resist bacon. I got an egg, some hash-browns, and toast.

I sat down and started eating.

"Shit," I said, "I have to go pack to pack tonight. We have to see the pack leader."

Danny nodded.

We ate and started heading over. I hate walking in broad daylight as a wolf. It is just so annoying. Once I got to the boarders, I got a flashback of the entire battle. I whined and stepped back right into the street.

I didn't see the incoming pick up truck, and it hit me flat in the side then slid to a stop. Danny came out to me.

I lied there in pain and my eyes closed.

Danny whined and nudged me, which only made me yelp in pain.

Danny lied down next to me and he whined.

The man that hit me got out of the car.

Danny lifted his head up and growled.

Danny rubbed his nose with mine and stood over me.

The man got out his phone.

I went back down to my human form.

"Stop," I moaned as I looked at the guy.

Danny went to his human form and looked at me curiously.

The guy was frozen. "Don't call anyone," I said as I pulled myself up with his truck, "you don't understand. Forget this happened. Please. I'm sorry about your truck. It was my fault, but I can't do anything about it. There is a life nobody knows. Forget about this. Please!"

Danny hooked his arms under me and ran me to the pack.

I was taken to some wolves that knew how to help me.

Danny lied me down and I felt a shot on my left arm. I moaned in the pain as Danny cupped my face in his hands. My eyes closed in a tired manner.

I moaned again as my body went numb. I was taken into the back and I fell asleep.
