A Fighter In Love

I stayed up the rest of the night. Basically, I'm nocturnal since I'm friends with Jax. Jax and Danny were literally the opposite. Werewolf and Vampire, but I love them both.

I got up and I looked out the window behind me, and I saw glimmering, evil eyes and a vicious look. Luke.

I stared out the window, until I ran around outside. I don't trust Like around my family.

Even in crutches, I could fight, but I couldn't change into a wolf for a while.

I was scared for Pip and my parents.

Danny and Jax came out behind me as Luke put his arms around me. He put me in a headlock and pulled me back.

He put a knife to my neck.

"Stay back, or her head is mine." Luke snapped.

"Luke," Jax snapped, "let her go."

"Why does everyone think that will work. It's not like I am going to be like, 'you know, you're right,'"

He tightened his grip on me. It was painful to move. My crutches were gone. It was hard to breathe through his grip.

I started feeling weak, as I tried and gasp for air.

My eyes closed, and my knees caved in under me.

I heard my name be called. "Halo," a innocent voice said.

"Pip," I squeaked.

"A little sister," Luke said.

"Stay away from her," I snapped.

"You two look alike. I bet she'll be just as good," Luke said.

He threw me down, but Jax ran over and caught me.

Danny stood in front of Pip and kept him away from her as Jax lied me down in the grass. I closed my eyes and took beep breaths.

Jax joined Danny.

Both Danny and Luke turned into wolves. Danny howled, and it was defensive because someone was in the pack territory.

Wolves came out of nowhere and gathered around Luke. Luke had to back down and run.

I was tugged up to my feet and my crutches slid under me.

"Thank you," I said as I opened my eyes.

I saw Danny with a smile on his face.

I gave him a kiss.

I walked over to Pip. Her face was bright red with blush.

I looked at her, from a distance, before I caught her staring at a boy her age. He's in my pack.

I smirked at Pip, and she looked at me nervously. She shook her head.

I nodded and I nudged my head toward the boy.

She shook her head shyly.

I smirked and I walked over to the boy.

"Hey," I said as I patted him on the shoulder.

He looked at me nervously. "You're the fighter," he said nervously.

I smiled. "The girl over there is eyeing you. Go say hi to her."

"What do I say," he asked.

"Say hi. Introduce yourself. Be her friend. Get to know her better. Just...say hi. Talk. Get her number. Get time to hang out."

"I'm sort of shy," he said.

"So is she," I said.

"I can't," he said.
