Being in Pip's arms, I felt safe and wanted.

"Halo," Jax's voice said behind me.

Pip let me go, and Jax quickly put his hands on my shoulders. I jumped and turned around. I growled.

He backed up and put his hands up. I continued crying of fear. I backed up into a corner and ran my back down into the corner. I buried my face into my knees.

"All I see," I said as I lifted my head, "is the blood and dead wolves. I don't see anything else."

"Get Danny," Pip said.

Jax turned around and started running into the back, calling Danny.

I breathed heavily as I put my face back down into my knees.

"Halo," Pip said softly. Her hand went onto my back and I jumped again. She pulled back quickly. "It's okay. It's just me."

She put her hand back onto my back and rubbed my back.

"Halo," Danny said as he ran up to me. He slid to a stop in front of me and he threw his arms around me.m

"She says all she sees is the blood and the dead wolves," Jax said.

"It's okay," Danny said, "It's all over. The battle is over."

He reached under me and he picked me up. His arm was hooked under my legs, and the other was hooked under my back.

Danny stood up and I put my arms around his neck.

I gripped onto him tightly.

"It's okay," Danny said, "you're safe now. Want Jax to hold you?"

He walked me over to Jax, and Jax took over me.

I put my head into his neck and my eyelashes ran over his cold skin.

He turned his head and put his forehead with mine.

"You're okay," Jax said softly, "You'll be fine. Let's get you into bed."

Jax walked me into my bedroom and lied me down. No matter how torn up I was, I felt tired.

"Poor baby," Danny said.

Jax covered me up and sat next to me.

Jax tucked me in and kissed my forehead.

I wrapped my arm around his neck and held him where he was. He put his forehead with mine.

My hand ran down to his back.

He sat up and Danny took over me. He gave me a kiss, then lied down behind me.

I breathed heavily of fear. Pip sat in front of me and kissed my forehead.

My eyes drifted closed and all I wanted was to be alone. I got up and I walked out the door.

"Halo," Danny said, "where are you going?"

I ignored them, and I ran outside. I sat in front of the garage. I lied down as a wolf and put my head down. I closed my eyes and lied there, until another wolf came up. Not Danny.

The wolf was a light brown color.

He turned back into a human, and it was the one wolf I pulled to the side. The one who I taught how to fight.

I got up and I turned back to human.

"I've seen you around Olson High," he said with a smirk, "you were the goth."

"I know," I snapped, "and why are you here?"

"I saw you," he said, "you look lonely."

"I told you," I snapped, "ever read the prophecy?"

He nodded with a smirk. "Doesn't mean you can't kiss me," he said.

He walked up to me slowly as i backed up at the same pace. I was backed into the garage.

He came up right in front of me and he came in really close to me. He his blonde hair and blue eyes. He wore a black tank top and jeans. He had some muscle. He can't fight, but he has muscle. Pathetic.

He pinched my chin and tried pulling my head up, but I fought and kept it down.

Danny and Jax came out of nowhere and yanked him off of me.

He was pushed away from me and Danny and Jax stood in front of me.

Danny growled at the wolf and Jax pulled out a silver knife. Danny and I took a step back from Jax.

I looked at Danny and I let up a small smile.

The boy growled at Danny and Jax.

I pulled both Danny and Jax back.

"Don't," I said, "I taught him how to fight. He'll kill you both."

Danny put his arm around me and pulled me up against him. I put my arm around him and held him close to me.

Danny growled and so did I.

"I'll get you one day Halo," the boy said.

He ran off and I was pulled back inside. Danny and Jax put me in the corner and kept me there.

I put my head down sadly.

"Why did you run outside," Danny snapped, "did you know he was gonna be there."

"No," I said, "I wanted to be alone. You guys would have chased me if I told you were I was going."

"You can't run out there like that," Danny said.

I growled slightly, and Danny growled back and got into my face.

I cowered and let a tear run from my face.

"Danny," Jax snapped, "don't growl at her like that."

Danny growled at Jax. "My mate," Danny snapped, "my rules."

"It was a mistake to become your mate you monster," I said as I began crying.

I hate breaking Danny, but when he breaks me, I don't give a shit.

I walked right into Jax's arms.

"Let's get you to bed," Jax said.

He walked me right into my bedroom and he lied me down in my bed. He kissed my forehead and patted my back.

Danny came in behind him and crawled into bed behind me.

He tried lying right behind me and put his arms around me, but I growled and snapped at him. He backed up and stayed on the other side of the queen bed.

Jax kissed my forehead again. "Sun's rising," he said, "I gotta go."

"Bye," I said.

I kissed his cheek and he left.

I closed my eyes and Danny grabbed my hand. I yanked it away from him and I looked at him.

"You don't own me," I snapped as I sat up, "I don't belong to you. We are bonded for life, but you don't treat me like I'm an object to you."

He had a tear drip down his face and he took a shaky breath.

"I love you," he said.

I didn't reply to him.

I lied down and I closed my eyes. I put my back to him and I fell asleep.
