And forget to tell each other.'

"I wish you'd stay," Bellamy admitted to Olivia.
They'd stabilised Lincoln and Clarke had explained her plan to them. They would negotiate with the grounders - offer the rehabilitation of reapers in exchange for their help in freeing all those prisoned in Mount Weather. It was risky but all they had. Olivia hadn't been planning on tagging along but as well as telling them that the commander was there, Nyko had informed them that Orion was with them, back as an acting General. It had surprised Olivia since the last time she'd seen him he'd seemed so exhausted with the fighting and the war; she'd decided she had to see him.
"I have to see Orion and check on my family back in camp," Olivia told him, then she lowered her voice, "Plus as bad as this sounds, I don't really trust Finn anymore and Clarke needs some backup."
Bellamy sighed, nodding, "You're right." He brushed a strand of hair behind her ear, hand coming to rest at her cheek. "Stay safe?"
"Of course," she smiled, "You too, okay?"
He nodded, a smile tugging at his face too.
"I'll be back soon," she reassured him, standing on her tiptoes so that she could kiss his cheek.
The last time they'd split up had been when they'd been having the battle with the grounders. Now it made her feel nervous to be doing so again. He must have been equally as nervous as after she'd kissed his cheek, he leaned down, placing a gentle kiss on her lips as well. "Bye," he said softly.
"Bye," she replied, closing her eyes as he kissed her forehead.
Deciding they'd been far too lovey-dovey, Olivia gave him one last smile before turning to leave with Clarke and Finn. At most they'd be gone for day - she didn't know why it felt so hard to leave. She could feel him watching them as they disappeared into the trees, realising it was time to focus now again. Her missions were simple: check that her family was doing fine, help Clarke negotiate a truce and find Orion.
They hadn't been walking long when Clarke smiled at Olivia, "You and Bellamy have gotten so close."
Finn was behind them, seeming to keep an eye out but the sun was still out so Olivia doubted they'd be attacked. If they were, she had Orion's bow on her back which had become a reassuring weight for her. She'd have to return it when she found him.
"This is such a weird time to be gossiping," Olivia snorted, raising her eyebrows.
Clarke smiled, shrugging, "When else would we really have time to do so?"
"When this is all over," Olivia said hopefully, though she'd become quite the pessimist since they'd landed on the ground. After all, it had been bad thing after bad thing down there - maybe the grounders were onto something when they believed that the fight only ends when you die.
"And if it never ends?"
It was Finn who voiced her pessimism, catching up with them and looking at them darkly. Neither of them replied, watching as he speeded up and overtook them, leading the way now. Olivia glanced over at Clarke to see her watching Finn with her lips turned down and her eyebrows furrowed. This was not the Finn she knew and Olivia could tell that it was weighing heavily on Clarke's mind. The ground had changed him and not for the better.
