Chapter 11 ~ Welcome to Earth pt. 2

WHY IS FANART SO DEPRESSING

Standing there with a bunch of Roman soldiers pointing weapons at us was not the way I wanted to start my visit to Earth.

Thankfully, we were saved by Reyna and Frank.

"Stand down Legion!" Reyna commanded. She looked scary in her purple robe with her golden spear at her side.

Mental note to self: Don't mess with Reyna.

The legion backed up, some putting their weapons away, some still having them out.

"Who are these people?" Someone, most likely a Son of Mars, asked.

"They are the Army of Chaos." Frank answered this time. "They are here to help with the war."

A knife went by Pheobe's ear.

"Who threw that?"

The crowd moved to show a son of Apollo.

"Ryan. You should not throw knives at our visitors." Frank said, turning to Reyna.

"Clean the baths for a month." Reyna said coolly.

The son of Apollo looked horrified. "B-But preador Reyna!" He protested.

"Don't want to hear it." Reyna turned to us, "You can stay with the fifth cohort." She pointed to a group of people standing off to the side. "Put please, introduce yourselves to the leigon first."

Lee stepped up, "I am Commander Sun, commander of the Beta Division. Greek."

Pheobe and Octavian stepped forward.

"I am Lieutenant Bear. Roman." He said it proudly. I almost laughed.

"Lieutenant Huntress. Greek."

"Darkness." I said, "Greek."

"Wisdom. Warrior. Greek."

"I am Dove. Roman."

"Sword, warrior, Roman."

"Strength. I am a warrior. Greek."

"Plant, warrior. Greek."

"Hammer. Warrior. Roman!"

"Victory, Greek."

Reyna nodded, "Welcome to Camp Jupiter, Army of Chaos."

Camp Half-Blood was scary.

Arrows were flying, swords and spears were swinging. The place was in Chaos.

Hehe, we're the Army of Chaos, and we made chaos.

There was a sound of hoofbeats and Chiron clopped up. "Camp Half-Blood, this is no way to treat your new allys!"

The campers lowered their weapons, "Allys?" One, a daughter of Demeter, asked, giving us a look.

"Yes, allys." Annabeth answered this time. "They are the Army of Chaos, here to help us with the war. This is the Alpha Division."

Wow, my little Annie sure has grown.

Zoe nodded, "Thank you Ms. Chase. I am Commander Star, commander of the Alpha Division. Pleased to meet thee."

"Lieutenant Angel." Bianca said, looking at Nico.

"Lieutenant Hero." I said quickly."

"Explosion, a warrior." Beckendorf had his arm around Silena.

"Charm."

"Grape. Warrior." Castor seemed to be looking for someone.

"Arrow."

"I'm Revenge."

"Magic."

"I'm Festus!" Leo looked at Jason and Piper again.

"Hurricane." Percy looked at Annabeth.

Piper stepped forward, "There's something I wanted to ask you on Olympus, but never got the time."

Zoe made a hand gesture to continue.

"Your names. Do they have to do with anything?"

Zoe hesitated, "Well, I am called Star, because I enjoy the stars."

"Um, angels are cool..." Bianca responded.

"Everyone said I died a hero, so Chaos called me Hero." I said, looking down.

"Uh, I like explosions...?" Beckendorf said, sounding unsure.

"Charmspeak has always been one of my favorite powers, plus Charm sounds cool." Silena lied smoothly.

"I like grapes." Castor said, looking at Pollux.

"My weapon is a bow and arrow. So Arrow is my name." Michael shrugged.

"I wanted revenge when I was alive. It was a big part of my life so Chaos called me Revenge." Ethan looked nervous (Chaos enchanted the hoods so army members could see under each other's, and he put a mist on our weapons so no one would reconize them).

"I can do magical stuff." Calypso said, standing next to Leo.

Leo was bouncing up and down,  "I'm Festus because I'm happy!" He said.

"And hyper," I muttered.

"I'm Hurricane because I like the sea and hurricanes are cool." Percy said, staring at the beach as he said so.

"Where were you in our last two wars?" A daughter of Hermes called out.

We all shared a look.

"Alive." Percy said under his breath.

"Chaos wanted to save us for the biggest war. That is why he sent us now." Zoe lied. When did she get so good at lying?

Chiron nodded, "Thats what Commander Alpha said years ago. I suppose he no longer is in the army?"

Zoe shook her head, "I do not know a Commander Alpha. I am sorry."

Chiron sighed, "I expected as much. He was a great person. Him and his team helped us a lot, as I'm sure you will too. You can stay in the Big House if you'd like. I'll make sure the campers give you privacy." He looked at the Stoll brothers at the last part.

"Thank you Chiron." Zoe said, heading  toward the Big House, with us following.

I don't really like this chapter, but oh well. I might update one more time today, since I'm gonna be gone for about 5 days after, but I know what's going to happen in the war and stuff, so now I gotta fill in the time.
