Chapter 14 ~ Training and Stuff

Chiron

I watched the Chaos Army train the campers. They seemed to know the camp ways, how, I had no idea.

Hero and Hurricane were training with their swords. Both looked familiar, but I couldn't think of why.

Hmmm.

Jason Grace

I was training with Hurricane.

The guy was good with a sword. He kind of reminded me of Percy.

I shook the thought out or my head. This guy couldn't be Percy.

While I was distracted he put his sword at my chest. "I win." He smirked. I could only see his mouth, which was creepy sometimes.

"You wanna go again?" I asked him.

"Sure Superman." He responded.

"Superman?" I questioned, how would a member of the Chaos Army know my nickname?

"Uh, I've heard Piper call you that."

I didn't question further and slashed at his arm.

He blocked it and struck at my stomach.

We went back and fourth, slashing and blocking.

After about three minutes he disarmed me. My sword went clattering across the ground.

"I win again." Hurricane grinned.

"Hey Hurricane!" A voice yelled, "Stop embarrassing Jason!" Festus stepped into view.

"Oh, so I suppose you want to fight me, Festus?"

Festus shook his head, "Oh no. You're too good for me, O great Hurricane."

I couldn't help but laugh. Those two kind of reminded me of Percy and Leo.

I frowned, I missed Percy and Leo. They were both great friends, I wish they hadn't died.

Festus snapped his fingers in front of my face, "Yo! Lightning Boy! Wake up!"

I glared at him, but before I could say anything, Hurricane beat me to it.

"He's obviously awake! He was just talking and fighting a minute ago!"

I sighed, was there anyone more annoying than these two?

Star decided to walk in at that moment, "Jason Grace. Are these boys annoying thee?"

"Whaaaaat?" Festus said, "Us? Annoying?"

I couldn't see Star's face but I assume she rolled her eyes. "Yes. Thee is very annoying. Like most men."

Star sounded like a hunter.

The hunters made me think of my sister, Thalia. She was the lieutenant of the hunters. I rarely saw her. I hoped the hunters would come for the war.

I was dragged out of my thoughts by yelling.

Star was yelling at Festus and Hurricane.

That girl was scary.

"YOU WILL STOP ANNOYING THE CAMPERS OR I WILL ASSIGN YOU TO PAPERWORK!"

Festus gasped while Hurricane looked horrified.

"You wouldn't."

"Oh I would."

I had no idea what paperwork was, but apparently it was bad.

Zoe Nightshade/Star

Putting the boys on paperwork was my best idea of the day.

Paperwork was doing Chaos' paperwork.

He probably has more than Hades in the Underworld.

The citizens all wanted some improvements. Or some other Galaxy wanted help with their war. Someone wanted Chaos to bless their child.

Chaos only blesses his army. If you're a demigod he blesses you so you'll be as powerful as your parent.

When I was blessed I chose to be like Lady Artemis instead of my father, Atlas. My half-sister, Calypso decided to stay the way she was.

Where was I? Oh yes.

Paperwork is the best way to punish someone of Planet Chaos. Normally if you threaten someone with paperwork, they'd shut up.

This worked for Leo and Percy too.

They both glared at me and shut up.

Then I remembered Jason was there.

"Impressive." He told me. I rolled my eyes. Boys.

Piper walked into the arena afterword.

That's when I left.

So many girls would've been great hunters, but they chose to have boyfriends instead. 

Foolish girls.

Reyna

I watched the Chaos Army train the leigon.

I had to admit, they were good.

Darkness was sparring with Hazel, they seemed to be a decent match.

Frank was helping Sun and Huntress teach Archery.

Bear was yelling at everyone, but somehow that seemed normal. That guy reminded me of Octavian sometimes.

I almost laughed at the thought. Octavian in the Chaos Army? That was about as likely as Gaea suddenly becoming good and helping us.

A warrior, who I recognized as Victory walked up to me, "Wanna spar?"

I nodded, "Sure."

She unsheathed her dagger and I got my sword. We began to spar.

I could only hope that we would win with the help of the Chaos Army.
