"Have you ever fought a ghoul before?" Seichiro smirked, twisting his neck to the side until a loud popping noise was heard. Ryuu stood a few feet away from him, a smug look decorating his features as he raised a defying eyebrow.
"I've fought enough to know they're the same as humans when they're on the verge of death." His smirk mimicked his opponent's. "They cry, beg for mercy, they pray to whichever god cares enough to listen."
A mocking laugh escaped his lips as his lilac eyes widened in excitement. "You'll be no different, so let's cut the talk and get to the fun part."
"You're cocky kid. I like it." Seichiro squared up, the RC cells in his back rapidly morphing until a koukaku-type kagune erupted from his right shoulder blade.

One of Ryuu's hands slowly inched into his back pocket, his thin fingers wrapping around a stack of needles as he waited for the man.
"You're boring me. Stop trying to stall and just get on with it." He taunted, making the older male grit his teeth.
"You asked for it." He seethed before charging at the lilac haired boy, his kagune poised to ram directly into the other's stomach.
His plan couldn't be carried out, however, as he suddenly felt a searing pain coming from his knee, making him halt.
