PREVIOUS TRIVIA: Who has the most twisted backstory?

Answer: I can't really pick between Jiro or Ryuu, as they both have pretty sad stories. I'll let you guys decide, but personally Ryuu's backstory really hurts me. Those who've seen Diabolik lovers know it is not pretty (*cough* no spoilers pls XD) and I changed it up a bit, so it's even sadder now.

I can't comment on Jiro's story because that'll be for the end, but it's very painful to say the least. My poor little children :"(

Why am I like this?

"It seems a little cockroach has wandered off into the lion's den."

Madam A stood with a manicured hand resting on her silk-clad hip. Her weight was slightly leaning to her desk as she twirled the phone cable between her fine fingers.

"Care to explain why it appeared here of all places? I thought I'd gotten rid of that one a long time ago."

"Seems it had built a small friendship with my pet. The only reason I could assume is because that girl is there."

The woman hummed in understanding, her tongue darting out to moisten her lips as an idea conjured up in her mind.

"Kill it. It is of no use to me now."

"I won't have to, by the looks of it. However, I plan to have a little fun beforehand."

A huff was heard through the line before a rough voice pooled in.

"Do as you please, as long as it doesn't end up here again. Can you believe my darling Rei tried to escape because of it?"

"Oh, Big Madam." The blonde woman laughed as a smirk stretched across her features.

"Don't worry. It won't last ten minutes."

~~~
"Guys, you have to see this."
The urgency in Jiro's voice was palpable, his chest heaving up and down as if he'd just ran a mile to get to our room.
"Is everything alright?" I asked worriedly. The blonde shook his head, darting his gaze between me and Ryuu before sighing desperately.
"Just come quick."
Ryuu looked as confused as I was when we both stood up from the bed. Jiro's foot tapped impatiently against the ground as we made our way toward him.
"Ah, Jiro? Could you just tell us what this is about?"
The blond ignored me and took off down the hallway with us following close behind. I spared a glance at Ryuu who still looked wary. He didn't want to leave Shin alone.
Jiro was navigating down the countless halls faster than ever before. His form was rigid, muscles tense as he moved forward almost at a robotic pace. Ryuu was right next to me, although his gaze had been trained on his fingers the whole time. The way he carried himself behind Jiro without missing a beat or looking up once made me wonder how long these two boys had spent walking up and down these very hallways.
Although Ryuu's shoulders were usually pulled back in a confident way, ever since we'd gotten back from the mission they were slumped forward. I could tell he was worried about Shin. All of us were.
A pair of lilac eyes found my own and only then did I notice I had been staring at the boy for too long. He blinked in confusion as I shook my head, dismissing his curiosity. Ryuu was about to protest, wanting to know the reason for my lost gaze but a sudden collision with Jiro's back made him snap his attention elsewhere.
